An excellent experience
The Blinds to Go staff was excellent from start to finish. Rachel and Edgar in the store and both installers were professional, responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable. It was a pleasure to work with them all and they all did a great job. Our new blinds look terrific and operate perfectly. Thanks very much to everyone!

Not impressed
Very confusing process. Had to call twice to find out my order was sitting in a warehouse done. No communication. Then had a problem called store was asked to send photos which I did. That was a month ago. Thankfully found a YouTube video and fixed it myself.

Blinds for bedroom were broken—told it would be fixed in a couple weeks and it has been 6 weeks and they are still not installed.

the shades were cut too short and need to be replaced - we have reached out to customer service to correct several times but I had to make a visit to the showroom and was helped by the manager who is resending the installer.

Their customer service is excellent. From the moment I entered the store to installation, everyone I dealt with was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. The delivery time was very quick and installation went smoothly. I love the look of my new shade!
