We have reached out to the Installation Manager as well as the Store Manager to discuss this matter. When installer was installing blinds he encountered problems
When installer was installing blinds he could not complete job because parts were missing. After re-ordering the next set of sheer verticles they did not fit window corectly I am still waiting to hear from you regarding when this problem will be resolved. When I call the store they just tell me they are working on it and will call me back. To date no call from them. I have stopped payment on my credit card until my verticle sheer is installed.

Thank you for sharing your experience, and I’m genuinely sorry this happened. You should never have to deal with an installation that doesn’t match your original specifications, and I completely understand why this left a bad taste in your mouth. That’s not the experience we want for any of our customers.
I’m glad the issue was ultimately resolved and the doors were flipped back to the correct side, but you’re right to expect a smoother process from the start. This was a newer installer, and we’ve shared your feedback with his manager so the necessary training and review can take place. We’re committed to making sure no customer has to go through this again.

Ongoing Horrible Experience
I still do not have three of my window blinds working as they should. One is completely non-functional and the other two do not go up or down level and straight as they should. Service technician said they were manufactured incorrectly and came out of the factory not done right and that he was unable to fix them but rather they need to be replaced... I am still waiting for management to advise me about when I will get new blinds. It's been almost 3 months and cost thousands of dollars... Would Not Recommend. Everything inside these blinds are cheap plastic pieces that are not repairable but rather cheap and subjectable to easy breakage. Their manufacturing quality has REALLY GONE DOWN HILL and their service and sales communications does not exist - You need to call them over and over again - nothing happens...

The "measurer" and the installer were both friendly and competent, as was the salesperson in the store on Route 4 West in Paramus. Shades look very good, but durability remains to be seen

The honesty and professionalism I experienced at Blinds To Go was refreshing. Their products are top of the line and the patience exercised by the show room staff is legendary. I asked numerous questions and requested about eight different estimates. I did not receive a frown or any sign of impatience or annoyance from the staff that attended to me. I came away with the certainty that the employees are truly happy about what they do and above all, they are committed to providing the best service possible to their customers.

Hi there, can you please let us know some more information on your blinds? Do they need to be repaired? Please let us know how to help.
Mostly good, few issues.
There are problems with a few of the blinds not extending all of the way even after a month of break in.
The installer drilled holes for the drawstring in one of my attic windowframes before discovering the shade was too thick too allow it.
Please reach back out to me to resolve the issues.

We had a fabulous experience at Blinds to Go! We ordered new shades for our living room + 3 bedrooms. There were so many options in so ,amy colors & textures. We are very happy with all the blinds we chose. They really uodated each room.
