We had a fabulous experience at Blinds to Go! We ordered new shades for our living room + 3 bedrooms. There were so many options in so ,amy colors & textures. We are very happy with all the blinds we chose. They really uodated each room.

I put in an order on November 14th and was told that once measurements were taken, they’d put in the order and they should arrive within 7 business days following that date. The following week they came to take the measurements and put in the order that same day. I didn’t get my (partial) instillation until a month later and that is because I kept calling to check on my order. Point is, they weren’t going to schedule the instillation until my other blinds came in, which was January 27th. I had them schedule an instillation for what had been sitting at the store for weeks and canceled the other blinds. For a family owned business I’d say it was poor service. I will never purchase anything from Blinds To Go ever again.

The experience has been a bad journey. I ordered the blinds in Aug 2020 and now is Dec and still having issues. The first installer took measurement wrong and the roller shades were not aligning properly. The Roman shades no as I expected. They sent a second installer who for my surprise took the measurements wrong again. This is the second time they have to reorder the Roller Shades and still having issues with balance not fixing properly seems like is too big for the roller shade. It has been a painful journey.

after a week part of the blind starting fall off guy came the next day and fixed it, also felt a little pricey and if you’re only buying one blind there sales don’t work especially if it’s for a big living room window

Order number 922222 Blinds to Go measured incorrectly and had to take back 3 of the 7 blinds. Additionally, one of the blinds was defective, and that had to go back as well. The store called me to inform me that the new set of blinds were in, then said that I had to call the Installer myself to schedule the new install, but never gave me the number. I waited for a week and called the store again. This has been my worst experience, and doubt I will use Blinds to Go ever again. Additionally, I had to listen to the Installer complain about how he will not be paid on the order because his assistant measured wrong. Not my problem!

Ordered drapes and then I HAD TO CALL salesman to find out status after approx.10 days. He says "Oh, i was just about to call you...they are in". So we schedule installation and i have to follow up with them when is he coming? Finally comes...WRONG SIZED BLINDS. Re-ordered....I had to follow up after a week to find out where they were. They were in!! Get them installed and somehow, there was total communication breakdown with same salesman and i did not realize i had approved BLACKOUT shades. I told him i want to keep sun from shining in but i didn't need BLACKOUT - just regular shades did the job and i would see the light shine through with the nice color vs. a dark room until the sun went overhead. Went back and "ate the cost" and negotiated replacement. Reasonable but now left with unused $800 worth of blinds. After 4th pull on one segment of the shades, the shade came off the assembly and had to call the installer back who seems to have finally done it correctly. Admittedly this was all through the pandemic BUT they were able to BOOK THE SALE but phone calls for help were not answered so i had to take at least 3 trips to the store totally frustrated by the lack of understanding customer service plus listening to the needs of someone who hadn't bought blinds in 40 years.

My blinds had to be sent back to be fixed and are still not even with the window and not as advertised. The wait from order to delivery was about 4-5 weeks.

We are very pleased with the window treatments we selected and are now hanging in our home. They were professionally measured and hung. That were exactly what we were looking for and are very pleased with the service, price and professionalism.
