The assessment confirmed that the dents were due to accidental damage, which unfortunately is not covered under our product warranty. Outstanding Experience
Having previously used another company, I decided to look at Blinds World for a comparison of price for a like to like blind. Blinds World offered the same blinds for a good amount less. The man that came to measure was helpful and knowledgable and based on his great work, I even ordered another blind at the same time.
It took four weeks from measuring to fitting, but this had been explained to me prior.
I was called the day before fitting and also a hour before on the day as I had requested. The man that fitted was also great, nothing was an issue and the blinds are exactly as I expected. If I ever need blinds again I will be coming back to you. Highly recommended.

Great experience with this company and their blinds
The quality of my blinds are exactly the same as those found in high street stores but I paid half the price those stores quoted.
The service was excellent from start to finish. 5 🌟
They came to measure and helped advise me on my selection.
I wanted a colour they don’t stock, not a problem, they sourced the coloured blinds charged me a reasonable price, still coming in lower than the high street shops.
When the blinds arrived I wasn’t ready to have them hung, no problem, they stored them for me, at no extra charge and then when I was ready they were promptly to book me in for an appointment.
They arrived on time, were quick and efficient hanging my blinds. They fit like a glove.
I am extremely satisfied with this company, the product and their procedures.

I messaged blinds world ltd they messaged me straight back with a date to measure my windows on the Saturday 21st June and he said it will be about 3 weeks to fit them a bloke came to fit them today 25 June I am very happy with them and the price

Both the man who came to measure up and the fitter were very respectful of our property and did a great job
