Unfortunately I read the previous reviews only after ordering. Same experience for me. I ordered a medallion and still haven't received 3 weeks after expected delivery date. Now no response on email. Shocking that this is continuing.

Buyer beware - they have a lot of listings but are scamsters. Will not deliver the product.

Two months in, they have not delivered.

Bling queen is a scamster . I made a purchase worth 2k on 27 nov and was supposed to reach me on 17 dec. But no updates , no mails, can't reach them because the no provided doesn't work. Mails are not responded . They silently eat up our money after the billing .we should report them so they can further not scam people.

I got such a useless product, a ring worth Rs 800 is looking like a Rs 10, whatever was visible when I ordered is not the same it was different., I ordered on 20th October and received it on 20th December. I am very disappointed.Fraud company..

I ordered for 7 products on 16/8/2025. Received only 6 products till date.
Received 1 earrings defective.
Received 1 product which was stainless steel but was mentioned 925 sterling silver on site and in order confirmation.
Till date last product not delivered.
No exchange done of defective product and no return done of false product.
Very difficult to connect with them as they don't reply to mails. No contact number. Pathetic service.

I ordered a product more than 45 days ago and it has not been delivered. I tried reaching out by email, but they are only giving excuses but product has not been delivered. Please beware.

Non responsive and fraudulent behaviour. My order is been taking more than a month to be delivered and nobody replies to emails or calls.

I've seen the advertisement of Craze.in online and ordered a product from them, but the company turned out to be a complete scam, first they set the ETA for delivery 2 weeks from the date you order, with no progress report on where the shipment has reached, then if you try to contact them for update they won't reply you back, and yeah, the only thing they've provided as a contact is an email address.

They've set an example that even if something looks genuine doesn't necessarily have to be. So, if you guys planning to buy something from someone you never heard of make sure to check its reviews beforehand.

I ordered from this site on 6th November, and it has been nothing but a complete waste of time and money. After they took the payment, everything just went silent. No updates, no tracking, no shipping — NOTHING.

What’s even worse is that there is no way to contact anyone. Their customer care doesn’t exist. No replies, no support, no accountability. It feels like the moment you place an order, you’re left stranded with zero communication.

This whole experience has been frustrating, unprofessional, and downright unacceptable. If this is how they treat customers, then people deserve to be warned.

I suggest not order anything through this website ever

No shipment nor refund.
They did not have the order in stock and are refusing to refund. No way to contact customer service. Fake and Fraud company. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Communication is a huge issue with this company!
My order went dormant for 2 months and I was convinced that the website is a scam. But then, an email arrived explaining due to import tax related issues, the shipment was delayed etc. Thereafter, the product was delivered.
So the website is NOT a scam, my product is as it is described on their website, only that the entire ordering-to-delivery cycle communication could have been handled in a better manner.

I ordered an item on Blingqueen and the item didn't come, so I waited for sometime and then emailed them several times with the details asking them for an update. However, nobody is replying to my emails, seems like a scam.

Fraud co. I pay 2000 rupees for braslet but order not send or no and refund no any response no call no wrong show mail no replay. My money is gone so pl. Any body no deal with this co. Blingqueen total fraud or cheater

I ordered a pair of earrings pre paid but they didn't deliver nor have replied on instagram & whatsapp . All they have got is pretty pieces to showcase that's it. They are fraud.

It's a Completely SPAM.
I Ordered vintage coin ring of Rs. 799/- in Sep 20, 2025, I till Nov 21, 2025 not Received of My Order.
They Reply on their website "support@blingqueenn" sometimes "More one week" - But Now there is no any reply from their side.
It's Completly SPAM.

I repeatedly try to contact them, i ve emailed many times but no response from them. They took the money and didnot deliver my product.

i ordered directly from Bling Queen on 2nd Nov. 6 days later,bi asked where items were, after repeatedly trying to contact them. The only way you can contact is via email, that too is automated responses. They told me it would take a month to deliver. Why are these scam sites not policed,? Why are they not removes so innocent buyers are not duped everyday????

I didn't receive the order but their website tracking claims to have delivered. No response from customer service and their phone number is a fake number that doesn't connect anyone. This is a fraud site. Don't buy
