This is really disappointing! 😡 I asked my friend to order chocolates from these websites because they claimed the chocolates were healthy and sugar-free. Trusting those claims, she ordered two chocolates and even paid for them in advance.

As soon as she placed the order, we received one confirmation message, and that was it! After that, there was absolutely no response or further updates.

Guys, please don't trust these websites blindly. We would never have made a prepaid payment if we had known that this website might be fraudulent. After paying the amount, we received no proper response at all.

Later, when we checked the Google reviews, we were shocked to see so many negative reviews. Now we understand that the complaints were genuine. Some customers have even received the wrong products, and those who received the chocolates said they tasted really bad.

Friends, please be careful and stay away from such suspicious websites! Don't trust a website just because it claims to sell healthy or sugar-free products. Always check the reviews properly before placing an order, and think twice before making a prepaid payment.

No package was delivered, no way to contact or even raise a complain.

Its fake site they are offering choclets 89rs to tempt the customers once you can order you won't recive any choclets even cancle option is also not there customer support also not there.

i have place an order on 23 sept 2026.
i received the order confirmation email and it was a prepaid order. woth 900.

till Oct 4 i have no updates or I don't even know if my order will be delivered or not.

I placed Order No. 87544 on 23 August 2026, but it is still pending. Every time I contact your team, I am told that the order will be dispatched within 2–3 days; however, no proper update or dispatch confirmation has been provided so far.
As the delay has become unacceptable, I have requested a refund. Unfortunately, I am not receiving any response regarding my refund either.
Please process the full refund for my order immediately and share the refund confirmation along with the expected credit timeline. If I do not receive a satisfactory response promptly, I will be compelled to escalate the matter through the appropriate consumer grievance channels.

I ordered chocolate on 21 of August. Today is 23 september but didn't received my order . Their is no cancellation options. They didn't shipped till now . I want my money back . They are fraud. They are scammer. Is had seen plenty of complaints here like this . Plz complain to cyber fraud department

Very disappointing experience with DTG. I placed an order and was expecting it to be delivered within the promised timeline, but there has been no proper update regarding my order. I have tried contacting them multiple times, but I’m not getting any response.
The worst part is the complete lack of communication. If there is a delay, customers should at least be informed about the status and expected delivery date. Taking an order and then not responding to the customer is extremely unprofessional.
I would not recommend DTG based on my experience. Customer service and order communication need serious improvement.

i have paid to them for the choclate and they tell me to delive within 48 hours or 24 hours but today it almost 17 days no mial no calls and no return of any amount totaly fake do not order pls

Ordered a few things and never received it.

Ordered like a Month ago and still no order shipping and same general written mail responses upon complaining.
No shipment of the order yet. And the mobile number given at different places doesn't exist.
Don't Buy from this brand it's a complete fraud.

Don't trust this site as I placed my order 15 days before and till today I don't received my order. No response...as I already paid for the order. This is fraud site no. Shipping details from their side. Plz don't place your order there... 🙏. The same thing aapke saath bhi hoga.

Unresponsive customer support & orders not dispatched

Extremely poor experience. I placed a prepaid order (#47816) on July 31st. It has been two weeks, and the order is still stuck on "Confirmed" with no shipping or tracking update provided.

The contact/WhatsApp numbers listed on their website and profile do not even exist or respond. The only response received was a template email citing "production delays." Even after giving a clear deadline to either dispatch or refund, they failed to send tracking details or process my cancellation request.

Proceeding with a formal chargeback via UPI/bank and filing a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline. Save your money and avoid ordering from here.
