Blink Customer Service anmd thier app is lacking and both are subpar. Trying to contact them or resolve. Any issues is very difficult. Have had nothing but problems trying to utilize a blink charger.... Voir plus

Absolutely rubbish, after giving all my details and credit card info, I plugged in only to see “no charge available” support is pathetic / non existent.
Blink Stinks
The only thing worse than their crappy chargers is their terrible customer service. I called for assistance and was told that the charger wasn’t working but he didn’t know why. Furthermore, I was told that it would take weeks to return my funds by mail. What? Really? So other businesses can just reverse charges but Blink somehow can’t? I made multiple attempts to use their device that day, and I have been to Costco several times since but the charger still doesn’t work. I hope they enjoy my money, because I won’t be back.

If I could give 0 stars I would. After numerous attempts at charging my car in Stephen’s green sc in Dublin which required me to register an account and include my card details , and encountering numerous error messages on the blink charging port I eventually had to give up the effort to charge my car . Today i see that they have taken €30 from my card. For nothing. Only the privilege of a wasted 20 mins trying to access their horrible app and then trying to charge my car which their charger refused to do. I have asked for refund of money and undertaking not to deduct any further monies from my card. I fear though that I will have to cancel my card to ensure no further deductions from this scam outfit. While I was trying to figure out how to charge my car I asked for assistance from others in the vicinity who were also charging their car. Their advise to me was not to use the app or the charging post. Their car’s charger was locked and they couldn’t release it or reach anyone at blink to assist them.

Too bad you cant do 0 stars. The CS is nonexistent. Good luck getting a Charger repaired 2 months and still waiting on the box to send the unit back. We have 4 stations and they're always failing and cant get anyone to respond to anything. expensive pieces of junk.
Dreadful user experience
Dreadful user experience, both with the app and the website and its support bot. That's even before getting near the chargers. Avoid.
As a host with a level 3 charger
As a host with a level 3 charger, Hold times are absolutely outrageous. I've multiple call sessions where I was on hold for over an hour and a half before I got someone on the phone. Even then, I'd get placed back on hold for nearly another hour before the call failed. Also, I didn't get an email response on my support ticket until two weeks after I submitted it. By far, Blink Charging has had some of the worst customer support I've ever experienced. I will be moving forward with ChargePoint for my next two projects because everything with blink has been a nightmare.
Terrible app, car locked in, no help
Awful chargers. Forced to download app to use. Could not release car when had enough charge to get home. No one answers phone. Trapped on busy road, app useless. Took 30 mins to get someone to release car from cable.

Astronomical charging cost!
Just stopped at a Blink charging station to charge my Kia EV6. Charged for 12 minutes, got a little over 40 miles and was charged $28.49!!!! That is an insane price for charging. There was also a $5.49 start session charge. Will never use Blink again….
Do not bother under any circumstances
Chargers often fail, holding amounts taken from your account that are slow to be returned, the app often logs you out then fails to log you back in on all offered methods.
Simply the worst out there. Last time I tried to use them I wasted 22 minutes of my life then had to move my car to avoid the risk of a fine.
The customer service equivalent of drowning in a vat of camel droppings.

I’m sorry I couldn’t give zero stars. If you’re in the UK you need the app from the UK Apple Store (only). If you don’t live there or have another app store you are out of luck. I called support who told me the app had been updated and I needed the update. Utter tosh.
Terrible app
Terrible app. Paid £50 upfront cost and charge did not hapoen. This hapoened several times with £200 out of my account within minutes. Blink charging told me temporary hold which it is notthe case. Money gone from my account and 10 days later still received nothing back. What a scam. Why do they need so much downpayment for vetification when £1 will do or even £0 will do like other companies do

Required to download the app to use, which is less than ideal when you’re inside a massive concrete and steel car park. Charger then didn’t work, still put 11 x £30 pending charges against my bank account. Customer services unresponsive. Utterly diabolical.

Generally very expensive for such slow charging.
If a company is going to provide a service for what are probably early adopters, they need to actually have an app and general service that are fit for service.

genuinely useless
the app is useless. customer service is dire and the charging stations work less than half the time. i spend so much time next to mr car at a blink charging point fighting with the machine, app and customer service. genuinely awful in so many ways.

a week on and still waiting for my fee to return. Took a reserve of over £40 from my bank, then took a further amount for the charge. Still waiting for the pending reserve fee to go in my bank. Never using again just give me back my money!!!!!!!

I've never had a good experience with Blink. They're overpriced; you pay super charging rates for just 7kwh speeds.
This review is primarily about their chargersin Q Park Deansgate. Firstly, they've installed metal bollards in front of the chargers, presumably for protection, but now you literally cannot fit your cable into the slot. We managed to find an off centre one and squeezed the cable in. Secondly, the app says they're 22kWh but they're not, they max out at 7kWh but will still charge your card for 22kWh. We set our car charging for a set time only to realise we were getting a third of the speed and there's no way to increase the time beyond 15mins, so there wasn't enough charge for our return journey.
They take a week to refund you for any money not used. Their customer service is overseas. Their app is clunky and slow.
Absolute trash.
