I've been on the mineral balancing program for 4 months and it's been life changing.

I'm 48, a mum of two young children, and in mid-2025 I realised I was in perimenopause after struggling with depression, anxiety, and suicidal thoughts. I've always been health conscious, minimal sugar, no junk food, no alcohol, so I assumed something else was wrong. I spent months and several hundred dollars a month working with naturopaths, trying supplement after supplement, heavy metal detoxes, and parasite cleanses. Nothing worked. I started hormone therapy which helped a little but not enough.

Going through this mineral balancing process with Blood and Water and Jake has not only had significant benefits to how I feel, my sleep quality and my overall health, but it has also been very enlightening and makes a lot of intuitive sense. Since working with Jake, I have been able to wean significantly on my SSRIs with very few side effects. I was originally on 75 mg and now down to 25 and hopefully will be down to 0 in another few months. It's been a slow process, but SO much better than the way my psychiatrist told me to wean!! She told me I could go from 75 to 50 for a few weeks and then right to 25, meanwhile I had terrible side effects.

I found B&W through instagram. I had already worked in the Detox industry for years with a background in traditional allopathic medicine as a nurse. Despite being healthier than I had ever been, my energy levels were always up and down.

Such an amazing course. I just started Jake’s masterclass 2.0 and sent in and received back my hair sample in the mail. My wife is on the supplement protocol and I will be shortly. Although I have only gone through the online course and done the hair sample. I know several others, including my postpartum wife, who have stuck with supplements and changed things in their diet and habits in order to reach a happier and healthier life and I have seen unmistakable changes that cannot be blamed on placebo! I started working with Jake in July 2024. His masterclass truly opened my eyes to how we can help our bodies, by making small and big changes. I say small and big, because the small changes set us up for the bigger changes. Our bodies will be better equipped for a bigger change when we incorporate these small changes.

My small changes began with taking an inventory of the toxic products I was interacting with in my everyday life, and replacing them with better products. I then took the HTMA test, which helped me take a deeper dive into my mineral intake and balance my body, rather than overcompensate and going against it. I am happy to say that I have been off my SSRIs since October 2024, I no longer need coffee in the mornings to function my 5am-10pm work days. And I am happy to say, as of October 2025, after 10 years of constant constipation, I am going regularly to the bathroom. Trust the process; your body needs time to heal and heal properly. Our bodies are incredible at healing, but we need to let them take the time to do the healing efficiently.

I am so grateful to have found Jake and the Masterclass 2.0. From the moment I saw an ad on FB, I was intrigued. My husband has been suffering with CFS for more than a decade. Illness hit at the prime of our lives and has forever changed us.
