Very thorough program. Good balance between technical in details but very actionable. He covers a wide range of the health topics and it's incredibly convenient to have such extensive research condensed down into one masterclass.

Two words - Do it.
What I immediately learnt from starting the program, is everything in restaurants, Uber eats, common foods in supermarkets are not healthy for our consumption, the food and water industry is the reason for diseases. Jake’s changed my perspective on life and I love following the slow oxidation diet.

Jake, your program is engaging, genuine, down to earth, and a calming process that acknowledges those who are in a difficult spot of healing themselves. To the reader: trusting in and paying someone money to help you is a big leap sometimes, in this case however with Jake I knew he was someone I could trust and he changed my life as an outcome of following his protocol which is very simple steps we should all follow and live by as humans, and what drs should be prescribing rather than pharmaceuticals.
