I spent $70 and even bought insurance and the package arrived a broken mess. And instead helping me with a return, they’re just giving me the runaround. This place is completely untrustworthy

DHL is saying my parcel has been delivered but I don't have it. When I contact DHL, they tell me to contact bloom grace. Bloom grace tells me to contact DHL. Result: 0

How come it doesn't say "USP Grade" anywhere on your website or on your packaging?

I ordered methylene blue and am still waiting for my order. They trick you into thinking it's an American company but it's coming from overseas. I imagine China. I will not take it and will send it back when I receive it.

My order took over 2 months, I still haven't received the book.
The bottles have NO COMPANY NAME. When I contacted the company, I was told some BS about rebranding. I informed them it was stupid to take the company name address or phone number on the bottles.
I have wasted money. I will not take something I am unsure of. This has so many red flags!!!!!

The methylene blue I purchased barely turned the water I put an entire dropper full blue. I believe this site is a scam. I tried sending an email to inquire about the product and the email was undeliverable. Stay away from all the fancy claims on their website.

cancelled the order within 30 minutes of placing the order and tried to tell me they already shipped it. i told them nowhere does it state this ships from outside the US and i do not want it. Now they aren't responding. I guess I'll have to dispute with the CC.

Do not purchase anything from this company. My item (metheline blue) was drop-shipped from an unknown country, not branded, not pharmaceutical grade, not certified, and arrived in sub-standard packaging, with no information on the product. I sent several emails requesting a refund, and finally had to dispute the charge to my Visa card with my my financial institution. .

I believed in this company's marketing, telling me it was a USA developed and produced product. As well as telling me I would receive a booklet describing methylene blue and its purposes and dosage. After 2 weeks of waiting for tracking information I contacted Carla from Bloom and Grace multiple times and ultimately was told that they have international partners that they source from. Apparently when you place your order, they then use a source from out of country and therein lies the main problem along with shipping lag.
Their marketing is deceitful and your product is not guaranteed to be produced in USA. I have since disputed my charges with my credit company and will definitely not do business with this company again.

I would give less if I could. They are awful and will never order from them again. I advise the same for anyone dealing with this company!
I ordered $97 of products April 2 2025. June I still had nothing from them. I tried repeatedly to get my money back. They would not cooperate after 3 months. I was so sick of dealing with them. July 6 I finally got part of the order! Bag of D3K2 and the omega vitamins. Two other things are missing and so I still have to keep dealing with these ppl. Do not count on them to reimburse like they promise and it is so hard to have to keep after them and still with no satisfaction and my whole order still missing

I think these guys are scammers. I ordered Oil of Oregano and black Seed but still waiting for my delivery 1½ months down the line.

Such a disappointment. The fact that they only have 1 contact channel is also a red flag. Be safe, do not buy

Too much formalities and customer care emails without actual help and delivery being made.

Scammers !! Tried to return sealed unopened bottle and they offered a 50% refund. Buyers beware !!! Customer service sends emails back but don’t answer specific questions that are asked. They don’t get right back to you . You get a run around. There return policy doesn’t make any sense at all . After you pay for product and want to return it unused and sealed they won’t except the return !

I too ordered this sugar water. I purchased because it was "made in America." Well, it shipped from overseas, so the comany lies about its origin. Don't waste your money on this product. Find a reputable source that doesn't lie in their marketing and that offers real methylene blue.

I ordered something and never received it!
I contacted them several times and all they had to say was" we will look in to it".

Skin looks better. Wife asked if I was using her face cream lol. Less red, less puffy, just healthier looking overall. At my age I'll take any aesthetic improvements.

FAKE Fake fake fake cheap crap from China MORE INFO: they issues a refund after multiple back and forth and trying to not honor their policy and then claimed to be GMP, which I questioned and no answer. The actual methylene blue color is pH driven. I added their fake material to a glass and added acid, it stayed blue. Fake!

these are not supplements... these are placebo sugar...methylene bleu is sweet no effect on my brain... I even had my friend tested the products and it was no effect... These people makes it difficult to order online with all this scam on supplement and vitamins... am an herbalist so I know herbs and ingredients.
