I have been scammed by this company.

I have been scammed by this company. I have been waiting on my money back or my order for over a month and still haven’t received it. This company should be put out of business. They are so corrupt that they have no shame. It’s bad enough that they can’t be trusted, they should be held accountable to the people.

Product was not what was advertised, I believe it's a scam site because they say money back guarantee but they don't respond to complaints filed

Scammers do not purchase from them

Scammers do not purchase from them. Over a month and order has not arrived. Invalid tracking numbers, multiple excuses and now asked to call an invalid number. Refuse to refund even though shipping insurance was purchased.

Bloom Grace ships from China and the Pumpkin seed oil is really fish oil.

I saw an ad for pumpkin seed oil on tiktok and Facebook so I ordered it. I placed the order April 8th and as of today May 5th, I still have not received anything. I have emailed the company several times to inquire where this order ships from because tracking indicated the package had been through customs, as well as the tracking number provided was not a US based shipping option. My first email was on April 24th, it was responded to by Carla, who informed me that the product had sold out many times and that she personally reached out to their shipping partner to facilitate a quicker delivery. The question about shipping was never answered. The next email was 5/1, which was also answered by Carla. Same questions, where does this ship from and where is it? The reply this time was very similar except this time Carla said the order would be packaged and shipped as soon as possible... and offered me a $4 refund for the trouble. Clearly this is an automated response and the question of shipping origin was again left unanswered. The next email was 5/4 with one sentence "where does the pumpkin seed oil ship from? The answer came at 1am 5/5, "Carla" again, repeating the previous email, completely ignoring the question. Unfortunately I'm left to believe it likely ships from China and not somewhere in the states. I paid with ShopPay and disputed the purchase successfully almost instantly getting a resolution and refund. This also tells me Bloom Grace likely has had a lot of people requesting their money back.
Oh, and the tracking number for my order no longer works, my last update was 5/4 and it said "shipping information received" as though it had just been ordered instead of already spending a month traveling the world. Oh well, they'll be going in the garbage if they ever do show up anyway. Save yourself the hassle and order off Amazon or visit your local vitamin shop.
***UPDATE*** Today is 5/17 and the "pumpkin seed oil" pills were delivered. I want to warn whomever might read this of 3 things: 1, these are manufactured in Fuyang City, Anhui Province AND shipped from Googeer Health Food Co. ltd located in Shantu City, China. 2, The package does not say "Bloom Grace NYC" it says "Googeer Pumpkin seed oil with Saw Palmetto 2in1 formula" and 3, MOST importantly, the ingredients listed on the back of these pills are as follows: Polyene fish oil, phospholipids, Glycerin, Soybean Oil, Glycerine, Purified Water.
They went immediately into the trash.

Ik heb al sinds 16 april product…

Ik heb al sinds 16 april product besteld en ze beloven elke dag dat het product verstuurd wordt en het product blue methilyn het is inmiddels al 6 mei en nog niks binnen en dan zeggen ze je krijgt 5.57 euro terug van je aankoop

En elke dag een ander smoesje dat het product verstuurd wordt

Dit is scam!!!!

I placed my order for a product that I…

I placed my order for a product that I saw advertised on Facebook (probably my first mistake...) and bloom grace promptly accepted my money and sent me an order confirmation.
A month later, I have received nothing. I contacted them through the email on the order page asking for them to cancel my order and refund my money. They replied with some lame excuse about delays and said they would ship it. So far I have requested a refund 3 times with not further responce.

6/10/25 In all fairness, I did receive the ordered product 7 weeks after I ordered it.

Misleading "Vegan" Product Contains Fish Oil – Extremely Disappointed and Deceived

I ordered a product from Bloom Grace after reading on their website that it was 100% vegan and cruelty-free. The only ingredient advertised was pumpkin seed oil. As a vegan, this was an essential criterion for me.

When the product arrived (shipped to Portugal), I was shocked to find fish oil listed on the back label. I immediately contacted customer service, expecting a prompt explanation and full refund.

Instead, I received a strange and contradictory explanation. The representative admitted that the capsule contains "carrier oils" from their international manufacturing partners, and that not all ingredients are listed on the label or on the website. She stated that these "carrier oils" are used in the capsule and might not include the active ingredients — but in my case, fish oil was clearly listed. This effectively confirms that fish oil is present in the softgel, and yet they are still advertising the product as vegan and cruelty-free.

This is blatantly misleading and potentially dangerous for customers with dietary restrictions or ethical convictions. I was offered a 50% refund, which later turned out to be only ~32% of what I paid, and my request for the full list of ingredients has been completely ignored.

In summary:

The product is not vegan, despite being marketed as such.

They failed to disclose fish oil on their website or promotional material.

The customer support team gave me incomplete and evasive answers.

I have not received a fair refund or the transparency I asked for.

I’ve submitted a complaint to my bank and consumer protection agencies. I feel scammed and misled, and I hope this review helps others avoid the same experience.
