It was amazing to have a book centered around my granddaughter, family and her friends. Illustrations, storyline and pictures were exceptional.
Wow!!! It’s unbelievable how good the book looks!!! So real . I did upload 3 photos of my niece just to make sure all the face angles are captured. I highly recommend it 🥰🥰🥰

I loved the book but customer…
I loved the book but customer experience was very bad. I was overcharged and was told it was 4 books and charged me $39.95 for the o e book plus shipping, but on the web site the most a book is $29.95. When I messaged them about my problem they just said sorry about the misunderstanding but didn't offer to fix the problem.

Creating a book for my granddaughter, Maddie, was so fun and easy. The book looks amazing and is sure to be a family keepsake forever. They customized the book to include Maddie's favorite stuffed animal, pets and family members. And, they were great about making my requested edits quickly. I cannot wait to read this book to her kindergarten class. Maddie is going to be so surprised! Thank you, Blossom Reads, for your fantastic creativity. Truly a great experience.

didn't get the book
didn't get the book. ordered at the beginning of month of March, over a week before childs birthday as a gift for him. Its 2 days away from being April. Still no receipt or book, although I've been told it's been reprinted and resent and expected in the first week of April....

Thank you for sharing your experience and I'm truly sorry we let you and Zachariah down. A birthday gift arriving late is incredibly frustrating, and I completely understand your disappointment.
Looking into your order, the first copy was shipped on March 17 via FedEx but unfortunately appears to have been lost in transit. We've since reprinted the book and it's on its way to you now, expected in the first week of April.
Regarding the receipt, a confirmation email was sent when you placed the order on March 10. If you can't find it, please check your spam folder or email us and we'll resend it right away.
I know none of this makes up for a missed birthday. I'd love to make this right beyond just the reprint. Please reach out to us directly at support@blossomreads.com so we can take care of you properly.

AI slop, thin trash paperback book for $60. Specifically asked for all images to be cohesive instead of some realistic and some more animated and it came with all photos realistic except the ONE they wouldn’t show me in the preview which came out super animated

You're right that the illustration styles should have been consistent throughout Alex's book. I can see you flagged this during your preview review, asking for cohesive illustrations, and we didn't action that feedback properly before printing. That's on us, and I understand how frustrating it must be to receive a book that doesn't match what you asked for.
We want to make this right. I'd love to reprint Alex's book with the illustrations corrected so the style is consistent across every page, and send it to you at no extra cost. If you'd prefer a full refund instead, we're happy to do that too.
