We offer free giftwrap, free UK delivery and helpful personal service. Our business was established in the 1990's and we have been selling online since 2006. We focus on beautifully illustrated vintage children's books, fun old bedtime stories, antique fairy tales, children's fantasy fiction, romance, nostalgic crime fiction, science fiction, decorative books, modern classics, horror and a variety of collectible eclectic second hand books from favourite authors such as Enid Blyton, Agatha Christie, Beatrix Potter and many other popular authors from the 19th and 20th century, as well as more modern classics. Really fast and considerate service
I ordered some birthday gifts and was worried they wouldn't arrive in time. They were also wrapped and packaged so beautifully, it took my breath away! Highly recommend.

Exceptional seller
I don't know how I'm going to rate my experience without it sounding like a paid advertisement, but here goes. Communication was great from start to finish. I'm not sure what kind of magic was used to help this book land at my doorstep so quickly, but that was also impressive. Now, I can't decide if I'm more impressed by the book or the care and effort put into it's packaging. The use of fully recyclable materials makes me feel a little less guilty about flying it across the Atlantic.

A treasure of a bookI had a challenging time finding a copy…
I had a challenging time finding a copy of this wonderful old book. It is well worth the cost, although I'm not rich! It arrived here in deepest darkest Tennessee beautifully wrapped and in very good condition for its 90 years. I am reading these faery tales, many of which I don't know. And when I want to dream myself into the colour plates, I put the book over my face and inhale that wonderful old book smell. Thank you for your note & for the trouble you took for this old retired lady academic!

the book was so well packaged it took me twenty minutes to get it out of the wrapping. Very thoughtful to keep an old and interesting book safe.
