Bluebird Care - Torbay Avis 9

I have worked for Bluebird Care Torbay for over 3 years now and it was my first time doing care work, I was given full training and supported shadow shifts until I was comfortable to go solo. The office team are very supportive and are always there if you need to ask them anything. Training is kept up to date and new training courses are added when needed. I recently completed a course on Alzheimer’s which was really informative and eye opening.
I always feel fully supported in my job and we have a great team of care experts who I work alongside and we always have a smile on our faces. We strive to give the best care to all our customers and that in turn allows them to be as independent as possible in their own homes where they feel safe and happy in their own environment with their memories around them. I love being part of the bluebird team and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend working for Bluebird Care Torbay or using them to care for your loved ones.

I have worked many years in care,Bluebird is a lovely caring family to work for, Training is kept updated, The customer's and staff are looked after,you have the same customer so the customer knows who is coming,love going to work each day with a smile on my face,

This company is a great place to work for, all the staff are friendly and very caring, they provide great training for people who are new to care, and as I have been here for 5 years, all I have ever experienced is a supportive and understanding team, who if I am ever worried about something, knowing I can go to the at anytime. they have supported me all the way through, very lucky to be apart of the bluebird world 🐦💙

I have worked for Bluebird care for 7 years now and it is the best job i have ever had. From the beginning i have always been supported in my roles and also supported in learning new things and doing my NVQs. It's a lovely family run company and the directors couldn't do more for their staff. I would certainly recommend to my family and friends, whether it's for a job or care.
