Horrible taste, this is not for me, fat too expensive for what it is only tried it to help stop smoking, but did not help. Wont be buying again.

Shoddy service. I paid £12.95 for 24 hour delivery. After 2 days I emailed asking about the order, no response.

Automated email was received a day later saying my order was on the way. It rocked up 5 days later. I can't even be bothered asking for the postage refund back.

If they aren't going to offer it as a matter of course for the tin pot service and dire communication then i I'd rather waive the money to save more disappointment.

A great example of how not to win repeat custom.

Absolute rubbish and feeling scammed

Bought the joints and they are wet so massive scam. I did not even bother to try the tea. I emailed customer service asking to return the items and get a refund and they have not even bothered in responding - don’t buy from this shop if you don’t want to waste £50 like I did…

Awful , no customer service support, no replies from emails . I basically feel conned

I placed an order and did not receive. I emailed numerous times and had no response. Avoid this scam site like the plague! If you don’t wish to throw away your money.

I still haven’t received my order I’m not getting any emails about anything it’s been like 2 week

Addor the product but the communication is p!ss poor, no response to any emails sent. That said previous orders have always been very prompt 👍

Order arrived incomplete . Damaged sent several emails no reply , absolutely disgusting customer service . Over £100 orders given. . I have nothing for my event so had to cancel .

I did not receive the item. Mailman said they could not deliver. Mar 25th, 2025 I filled in the form to have package picked up at post office. Post Office acknowledged. Mar 26th, 2025. At post office Mar 27th, 2025 they say they can't find item. I should contact seller. Contacted seller , no reply. £19.00 loss.

Will be ordering again haven’t felt so relaxed in a long time due to menopause and a house full of kids

Exactly what I was expecting, my order arrived in a few days, packaged wonderfully, enjoyed it a lot and will definitely be ordering again.

I had issues with my order and I've had no reply back from the company whatsoever!

I got my order which was delayed for a week however they did send me a free gift which included a pack of pre rolls however the pre rolls do not burn even also they don’t have good airflow so the pulls are pretty bad and the pre rolls aren’t packed down properly please pack the pre rolls down 😊

Items delivered promptly and where as advertised, great service and would recommend to others.
