Delicious, healthy and hard to find in local stores
When I put my order in Superfood did not ask for my address. I payed by PayPal and the order went to boots in sale. If they had asked my address I would of received my order. I did not receive it.
I have been shopping online with Superfood Market for several years now and have always been extremely happy with the service. I recently had a problem with the courier, and the SFM team went above and beyond to resolve it. Excellent service from a five-star company.

Total Rip Off i thought i was ordering 2 No Cases of drinks and they sent me 5 drinks for 25.00

I love buying ground Brazil nuts and ground almonds from here regularly. I make protein cookies with them!
Would strongly recommend you do not buy from this organisation. I purchased a quantity of 4 of a product. The shipping costs were 40% of the product if I bought only 1 item so I decided to buy 4 with the same shipping cost. I paid and they accepted my order. The following day I received an email saying they had sent me a partial refund because they didn't have the stock. When the delivery arrived they had sent a product I didn't order and they still charged me for the higher priced product I paid for and the full shipping costs. Be very aware - it is clear that when they accept an order they are not checking if they have stock, they will not give you the option to cancel your order, they will ship alternative items and the shipping costs are their way of making high margin at the customers cost. Terrible experience.

I loved this site, used it to bulk buy many foods for my pantry.
I went away for a short while and when I returned I have learned they've removed the majority of stuff I used to get, any anything else is out of stock.
Also seems to be an issue with pricing? some of the herbs I used to get, instead of a coupe of pound, are costing 16? for a small 20g box of herbs?
so confused and annoyed

Consistently cancels orders on eBay. Ridiculous low prices to bait buyers or outrageously high prices that no one would purchase, note their stock items never change from 20,253, most positive replies are automatically generated to swamp the genuine numerous negative comments, very peculiar business.

Order 10 items and they cancelled all ten 3 days after as said they had priced to cheap which is not my fault they were my disabled boy Xmas present and really upset him was given no response just told they put up to cheap so just cancelled no re fund no goodwill gesture nothing

Promptly delivered, packed with care, fantastic choice and very competitively priced to suit all budgets. Much recommended.
They accepted my order and several days later declared the order was cancelled out of the blue. I asked for an explanation which generated a reply describing the usual reason they cancelled orders - like short dates or damaged stock. I thought this activity was very odd indeed but I managed to purchase the items I was seeking elsewhere so no big deal just annoying but I'm unlikely to try again.
