Bluesky Cosmetics Avis 

I bought the egg shell top coat from this company and emailed their customer service team as the product was burning my nails when curing them under my UV lamp.

They advised me that the top coat was only compatible with the their Blue Sky lamp which can I add is not stated on ANY social media posts on the product listing or on the website.

Customer service asked me to send back the top coat for them to investigate did not offer a returns label. Why should I waste more money sending back a product that is inadequate. They also tried to question how I was applying the product and the type of lamp which in my eyes should not matter but if this does it should be stated in the product description.

Once I stated that the company was going against trading standards as the product is not described as it should be my email got ignored.

I had faith in this company and I have now lost faith I wouldn't trust them with a penny of your money.

I would also consider relooking at your customer service model and speak to your marketing team because it is lacking.

Products are amazing quality and the colours are beautiful. Customer service is quick and friendly can’t fault them at all. I will be purchasing more from them.

These are really great quality polishes, they are hard wearing and last for weeks without chipping, and the colour range is great. I love the mini trios also for colours you know you won’t use a lot but want in your collection! Delivery of my order was super quick and when there was a minor issue customer services were really quick in resolving it.

These gels have fantastic long-lasting coverage! I'm yet to buy a Bluesky product that I don't like, and delivery from their website is really fast and free. The nail mail subscription is a great way to discover new colours that I wouldn't necessarily have chosen (I have a bit of a glitter obsession!) I wouldn't go anywhere else for my gel.

Absolutely thrilled with this website! Have been using for some years now and their products are simply amazing and very reasonably priced! I had abit of a muddle up with an order a week or so back. Their customer services were very quick and responsive! I had my two gels sent straight out and were with me the very next morning. This brand is becoming increasingly popular and you can see why! Poor customer services, items paid for on the 1st January but not dispatched from Bluesky until the 13th. Instead of being honest about backlogs at Bluesky they unfairly blamed Royal Mail for the delay. When Royal Mail finally received the order it was delivered within 48 hours

Always had great delivery service from Blue Sky and their gel colours are amazing. Only thing I would say is that the Gum Gel wasn’t the quality that I thought it would be. Apart from that, I wouldn’t use any other products!

I was very much surprised by the quality of their gel polishes. Bluesky is probably my new favourite brand. It does not chip or come off easily like Sensationail Express, which I think has a similar price point.

Bluesky's selection of colours is just incredible, and I absolutely love their neon polishes. I would probably end up getting the whole range. I'm not a nail technician and just do my own nails every 2 weeks, so I do feel that I already owe more than enough colours, but Bluesky is just so good that I can't stop buying new ones.

Some colours are a little bit trickier to apply than others, but you do get used to them. One thing that I would definitely recommend is getting a white base coat for all the bright colours. Otherwise, nails won't look as good as on their photos.

I've previously ordered Bluesky polishes from their UK website and off Amazon. On both occasions, there were no delays with the despatch and delivery; however, if you do qualify for next day delivery from Amazon Prime, I would recommend using their Amazon store. It's so much quicker.

I wouldn't even know where to start, if i had an option to rate at 0 stars i would! Do not spend your money on this company, you would expect from a popular brand they would have top customer service, clearly not.
Awful customer service, would never purchase anything from this brand again. Very unhelpful with my order when it is 7 days late, no location on my items and to find my items got 'lost' by royal mail. A second attempt to ship out my goods and still 30 days later...no goods have been delivered. No help to send out via another courier, no refund was offered only until my items would actually arrive to me! So you could imagine if they had turned up a year later, i would then wait for my refund a year later??? Customer service is shocking, especially at this time through the pandemic you would of thought they would be upping their game but no chance, i will be ordering off amazon from now on as they never disappoint. Avoid avoid avoid.

Brought a Bluesky start up kit for my wife who absolutely loves it along with my two daughters. I suspect they will now want there own kits.
Slight mistake made on order and immediately put right by email with a great sense of humour displayed not robotic responses.
Great service and great products, giving happy wife and happy life for me.
Not sure all of the colours suit me but my wife says they will grow on me 😊!

Great customer service

No problem with the product, but it took about 2 weeks to arrive! My daughter came for the one day we were allowed on Christmas Day and I didn’t have it until middle of following week. I know couriers and post were very busy, but everything else arrived within 2 days!

I’ve ordered twice now and both orders arrived extremely quickly (especially since it was over Christmas and during a pandemic!). The gels themselves are an amazing quality and seem to be lasting forever, highly recommend!

I had a problem managing my subscription as i was having difficulty changing my subscription date so i emailed Bluesky and got a quick response from Bethany who was extremely helpful. The matter was dealt with swiftly. I would highly recommend Bluesky and the customer service was excellent.
