I can honestly say what an amazing service I received from Bluon Energy .
From start to finish it was seamless experience went way above and beyond for me .
The EV charger has been superb so easy to use and the Engineers went through everything with us
Definitely 5 star from us ✨️

I was skeptical at first because not many of these solar companies are to be relied on, but I have to give credit where credit is due. No pressure sales tactics, no strong opinions given, just guided me through the process of making the purchase necessary for my system. Thank you Dan, Greg and Gary.

Received an invitation to review. Bought an EV charger for my first electric car. Had 3 quotes and Bluon was in the middle. Chose them as they was the most local to me. Good work, tidied up after themselves and the charger is working as it should. Would definitely recommend. Special mention to Greg, thank you.

Have had my solar panels for 8 years and have never had them checked, but as it seems this is important I had Bluon over to do some tests. Provided my paperwork and they done some workings out. My system is still producing as good now as it did in the first year, and they said my voltage is optimal. Good stuff. In future I will use Bluon for anything solar related.

Originally had a new inverter done in November 2023, and I noticed this week my system had a red light on it. I called Bluon and spoke to Paul and he reassured me I am under warranty and has arranged for someone to come and see me Monday to see what’s going on. I will update at a later date but feeling very comfortable and looked after at the moment.

Had Bluon Energy do an annual assessment on my solar panels. I was impressed with the chap who came and the chap who arranged it but was a little bit disappointed that they do not offer solar panel cleaning.

Was emailed and asked to write this review by the company. Nothing special, but also don’t have anything to moan about. Good set of lads that visited, well dressed and punctual.

I contact Bluon Energy as they are local to me as I wanted to get one of the water gadgets I’d heard about to give me free hot water from the generation of my solar panels. James attended and checked my immersion for compatibility and I’ve had an iboost fitted. Now the sun is shining, we are heating our tank from the panels and we are very happy, the water is very hot and they’ve also shown me how to track my savings on the device. Thank you James and Gary.

Had my solar panels checked by Bluon, and Ash was fantastic. Showed me through the tests he done and my system was all fine and working. He was a little late but traffic has been a nightmare in the area, but would have appreciated being told. Overall a pleasant company.

I had an EV charger installed at my house. The guy who came was polite and professional. He installed the charger point and gave detailed instructions as to how best to use it.
I would certainly use this company again.

We had a cold call about our PV system. This was followed up by a call from Bluon offering a free check of the system.The person who arrived went over the system and said our voltage regulator was not working, said our inverter would break down shortly and that he could get our system working much more efficiently if we had a regulator supplied by Bluon. We have had the regulator checked by 2 different electricians all is OK. I have had a follow up to my review from Bluon, this is a response to that call.

12 years ago I had a 16 panel PV array installed on my roof, a couple of years later the company went bust, and every year since then I get a cold call from some Green Energy company offering me a free check-up and survey, or extended warranty etc etc. Clearly my data and records of my installation have been bought or sold on from one company to another. Anyway this year I received a telesales cold call from some girl, asked a load of questions, offered a free survey and visit from an electrician, and we fixed a date for an electrical engineer to visit. Next day got a call from a man at Bluon Energy (who I assume commissioned the telesales call from the previous day) re going over the same old questions from the previous day, re confirming the visit of their electrician, and then wanted to spend the next 15 minutes going over ‘Compliance’ Checks, which had to be done to qualify the electricians visit, he said!. I stopped the man at this point and explained that my attention span had all but expired, and went on to ask why it takes three calls from three separate people just to fix a date and get someone through my front door. Surely, this tells people that this company is up to No good. I left the invitation open to Bluon for their man to visit 10am the following day, I didn’t expect anyone to turn up and sure enough the next day no one did. AN UTTER WASTE OF TIME! If you want to sell something, spit it out and say it! And stop this time wasting theatrics in order to get a foothold through someone’s front door. As you can see this took place on the 5th Mar and its taken Bluon 3 months to appeal to TrustPilot and remove my review. Their reply fails to appreciate the annoyance of their cold calls and protocols, which after 3 repeated calls I think justified my aggression towards them, after which no service was provided apart from hot air down the phone!
