This is the worse company I've ever delt with, they have no customer service,no verbal way of contacting them if you have a problem only on line via a ticket and then It takes them ages to respond, I've been waiting at least 3mths for someone to come and look at my battery and I'm still waiting, wouldn't touch them with a barge pole. Definitely one to steer clear of.

We had solar panels etc installed just…
We had solar panels etc installed just over a year ago. Just over a month ago an engineer came out to service the units. He noted one of inverters wasn’t working & said he would raise a ticket. I have since raised 3 further tickets & have had no reply at all & unit still not working. There is no one at all you can contact & no one gets back to you to help sort problems. Customer service is awful. Definitely wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Now have an expensive solar set up that does absolutely nothing!

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback, we’re really sorry to hear about your experience, and we completely understand how frustrating this must be, especially when part of your system isn’t working as it should.
I’ve taken a look at your account and can see that during your recent health check, our engineer and a technical agent did try carrying out a full system reset to get things back up and running. Unfortunately, this didn’t clear the fault showing on the inverter, which we appreciate is disappointing.
That said, we’ve now taken this a step further and arranged a priority maintenance appointment to properly investigate and fix the issue. Someone from our team will be in touch very soon to get you booked in at a time that works for you.
We’re really sorry again for the lack of communication you’ve experienced so far , that’s not the service we want to provide and we truly appreciate your patience while we get this sorted for you.

Customer service is non existent
Customer service is non existent, I've been trying to resolve an issue for months with no sign of being able to speak to anyone. There is an automated message asking you to raise a ticket which is either ignored or closed with no resolve. Not recommended at all, go elsewhere
UPDATE:
Standard response once again in public, ooh look at us we've already reached out to you, erm no, not listened to what the problem is and still ongoing issues, replied to their email and guess what, NO Response!!!!!!!
