I spoke with Michelle, she was the representative, helping me out with my order that I had to change from a large to a medium size. Not only was she helpful that she went above and beyond, making sure that all my problems were resolved. I actually felt bad with how many questions I was asking her at one point and she remained patient at all times and helped me with everything! Great customer service give that girl a raise!

The shpping was fast, thick and decently weighted material, very silky smooth but WARM, I live in Canada and our winter is -25 and this hooded blanked keeps me so warm I dont have to crank up my heat.

I’ve had nothing but a great experience with the brand Blvck. I had an issue with one of my other orders twice and twice they were able to resolve my issue. I had ordered the Harry Potter journal with key and pens set. One of the pens came dry, I had reached out and they sent me a replacement. One of the replacement pens was faulty and they apologized and offered me a discount code for my next purchase.

Many items from seasons ago that were supposed to be special to the season or "limited time collections" have now returned in a new outlet section on the website, completely eliminating the reason someone would buy a product in the first place. False, unethical advertising, actually illegal. If you live in Canada, you probably could file a claim and get your money back through the appropriate governing body if you bought something seasons ago. I bought an item years ago under their false advertised pretense of exclusivity, obviously I would not have bought it had I known. This is not a luxury brand in any way. Most products are made in China, and the fact that they are selling stuff from seasons ago that was supposed to be exclusive indicates that they are a dying brand. So to conclude, the advertising is all a lie, nothing you buy will be exclusive or limited edition, don't buy it for that reason, and if you were wondering why certain items dont have specification tags attatched, it's because they dont want to see you to realize that your "luxury" item has made in China tag. Decide for yourself if you think that this is a luxury. I couldn't be more pissed that I wasted even a cent here. Never Again.

Very well made and comfortable hoodie. The material is in high quality thick & plush and it wears nicely. I am 5'7", 150lb. I had a one in size Medium, but this time I chose size Large. There is a bit of significant size change in medium to large, but the medium was a little short in body length. I prefer size large for the baggy look. If I own two hoodies in two different size and another sweat shirt from BLVCK, it shows how much I love and approve their products.
Its price reflects the high quality products.

The company is amazing, all there products are well made and solid. They are heavy and fit very well, couple of their pieces I wanted to buy a second so I could just save one. For example, the Harry Potter cloak, crazy heavy, soft, big, definitely worth the money. They are definitely holding it down, not your everyday same old products every company is copying or putting out. 10 out of 10 and I would recommend them to anyone who asked.

I recently saw the Batman collection and immediately fell in love with it. I purchased the Batman bear keychain, and couldn't resist the other UFC and leather bear keychain. Did I need them all? Hell no, but how do you say no to a cute bear lol. First-time purchase with them, and I’m in love with their other stuff. I will be purchasing more soon.
