Did not know B&M done this sort of garden accessories, easy to use website, and there stated 3-5 working day delivery is good and no delivery charges.

I am still waiting delivery of my order with confirmation they would deliver to me yesterday as Agreed the 2nd May ,having waited in all day and am still waiting ..

The website was easy to use the product I ordered was the best quality and price.

Ordered and paid for 11 single slatted fence panels 3x3ft 3x4ft 5x5ft cost £794 on 17th February
First delivery was to be between 5 to 7 days from the 24th
This did not happen so I had to contact 2nd date was for 11th to 13th March
Again this did not happen so I had to contact again I was told it had been delivered on the 7th so I am assuming Ihad just misplaced 11 fence panels.
Again I had to contact and was told by the carrier 1 panel was damaged and the fencing was on their premises
It then turned out 3 were broken so these were reordered
Delivery turned up on the 1st April 3x3 single slatted and 8x4ft double slatted not what was on the delivery slip that had the correct order
I contacted again and was told the whole order would be reordered
On the 22nd April another delivery this time 3x3ft and 5x5ft but no 3x4ft.this was all that had been reordered and on the delivery note
I made contact by email the same day and only got a reply on the 29th then
71 days since I placed and paid for the fence panels
later that day the £794 appeared in my bank account
Absolutely disgusting way to treat a customer and no-one called to apologise

I went to buy a shed by canopia. It was made of flimsy plastic. Not at all like the stronger Keter or Wickes sheds I have bought in the past. I would not recommend this to anybody. It made the metal sheds look strong. The construction of the frame was flimsy. Do not buy

All went well especially order reminders on e mail Hope delivery proves to be just as good.

I have only just purchased an item and within hours got a request to leave a review about the process and the delivery. This is before the delivery so it is impossible to review. Update your systems to invite customer to leave a review once goods are with the customer.

Next to no communication and takes so long for the products to arrive. I also emailed to find some sort of tracking and got zero response!

Large range of products and very competitive prices, have purchased trellis from BMGardenBuildings in the past, and people have reflected on how well it is made and are surprised when I have told them how much I have paid for it.

Easy to find what I was looking for, quick and easy checkout.

There was a Problem with the shed we had delivered and we are still waiting for. Reply to our problem

The website is easy to negotiate and I found what I was looking for quickly. The price was spot on and I look forward to receiving my item

Summer house devlivered incomplete they cant complete the order so will only collect and then refund, apsolutly fuming, I orded in plenty of time to build while I'm off and first I am told they will get the missing parts and then days later they cant supply the missing parts. I offered to pay the difference for a different summer house and they could deliver and collect the incomplete one. which would have been good customer business but no only collect and refund so from purchacing to getting a refund 3-4 weeks and then I can buy another one. very poor customer service!!

Easy to find what we required, ordered a shed. Great price especially with the extra discount available. Great delivery date available. Confirmation email required within
seconds of the order being placed. Can't comment on the shed as we haven't received it yet. All Round good experience

I found it far easier to order some fence panels and posts on the B&M site than any others. Also I checked prices and B&M were competitive. Free delivery made it worthwhile.
