The company were in touch with me everyday senfing me progress photos
I wasn't happy with the hair colour and they changed it straight away.
It looks exactly like my grandaughter and they were so accommodating and great communication fast turn around

Honestly, this company deserves six stars. Just received my custom Bobblehead and it's fantastic! The design and the detail are awe-inspiring. The price is right, and shipping was fast.

What craftsmanship —stayed accurate to what I envisioned. Excellent Customer Service, checked with me frequently as the product was being made. I could not be happier with this one-of-a-kind special keepsake.

Hats off to Ms. Jessica and her colleagues for going the extra mile to ensure my happiness. Six Stars!

I ordered a custom bobblehead. I uploaded pictures and for 3 weeks I hadn't heard from the company.
The initial cost was $233 and then an additional $50 for a prop. When the final product arrived, it didn't look like the proofs and the prop was just thrown in the box. It took 7 weeks (arrived July 13) When I contacted customer service regarding the unattached prop I was told to buy "Gorilla glue" and use that to secure the prop.
For almost $300 , I should not have to do my own modifications. Not happy with the final outcome & I never heard back from customer service.

The quality and service was perfect. The finished product couldn't have been better.

The absolute worst process ever. Started the order beginning of December for Christmas presents. Over a $1,000 worth of products ordered.... 2 months later, crap proofs. Proof after proof was terrible. Not even close. The Chinese "artists" finally stated they strive for 60% accuracy. Well, when you are less than 10% accurate you have problems. No sense of urgency. We sent numerous pics over and over with detailed suggested corrections needed stating much of the same issues over and over with little or no corrections. Buyer beware. Set your expectations really low, like be happy when you get a complete stranger because you'll likely be paying for figures of a complete stranger.

Customer service is far from customer friendly, fair or reasonable. The proof process was a fail, product artistry out of proportion and worse attempt with likeness. When I attempted to cancel the order while in proof process, they refunded only 50% without notice or explanation of stealing 50% of my payment. All they had into the project was a couple proofs, certainly not justifying stealing 50% of my payment.

Ordered 2 years ago it was much better quality. I ordered 3 June 2024 and they were so cheap looking. Don't waste your money. Not great Customer service either

Sent item to wrong address and after 3 months of customer services complaints they offer 30 percent refund. This company is a big scam. No call number is reachable. I had to go through Facebook Messenger to track them. The whole operation is based out of China. No fair practice at all. I strongly advise against the company.

Our bobble was perfectly made, got many rave responses, and was loved by all! The process was easy and intuitive, and everyone was most helpful. Perfect experience!

I was disappointed I had to pay for a rush delivery charge in order for it to arrive in time for my sister's birthday. When placing the original order, I had specified that I would only place the order if it would be delivered in time. I was assured it would. After several days of having approved the work on the Bobblehead, I learned the salesperson was on vacation that week, which delayed the shipping and then having to place the rush order hoping for it to arrive in time (which it didn't).

I placed my order in February and received it on May 20th, yes that might seem like along time, but it was well worth the wait. I ordered a custom bobblehead, ordering a small number, but when i saw the finished product i didn't hesitate to increase that number (small bulk order). Along with the increase in number of bobbleheads I had made a few changes during the proofing stages. One has to remember this is a very unique item and one should let the process play out for a good outcome. I was worried about the shipping, it came in a very sturdy box,with each bobblehead in its own box, very well protected by styro-foam and bubble wrap inside. I would like to thank Bobblehead.com for a great awesome bobblehead, along with Stephanie Hedquist, Amy Goodfellow, and Kim Brown, all who answered many questions I had either over the phone or email. Kim who handled my up grade number of bobbleheads was awesome, helping me with some of my concerns. I also want to thank those who by using my photos to sculpt/paint/package/ship the finished bobbleheads, your hard work/skills are appreciated.

The total process was a bit challenging, but as each step progresses, I witnessed each phase unfold and portray a stunning likeness, as you begin to see the creation of the photo images! The finish product was amazing!

The quality of this product is outstanding. I am always impressed with the detail of each bobblehead. I also appreciate the care taken to pack the bobblehead to ensure that it arrives in perfect condition. I truly look forward to purchasing this product when a new 'historic figure' becomes available. I would not purchase them from anyone else.

These bobbleheads are a wonderful product. Very solid. Heavy. Not made with hollow plastic. They will last a lifetime. Delivery was relatively quick. I do wish they would make a President Eisenhower in civilian clothes.

The staff is very helpful and making changes and to ensure that I was happy with the final product. I wish I would’ve thrown an eyeglasses, but I had forgotten, but it still looks like him. The drum set was very cool and was overall very happy.

Really amazing job! I absolutely loved my order. The bobblehead came out better than expected and I would definitely recommend this site for anyone else wanting a personalized gift. The team did great with keep in touch and keeping me updated on the process. They asked questions regarding the gift if any changes needed to be made or not. 5 stars! Thank you!
