Crap and avoid like the plague. Terrible likeness. 4 times they sent me options of the hair colours and only got it nearly right on the last one. Expensive, but really cheap and nasty some of the writing is worn away and incorrect.
Definitely look elsewhere

I've been purchasing bobblehead dolls from Dolls2U for somewhere around 5 years now as one of our employee anniversary gifts and he always does such a great job. I definitely recommend using Dolls2U. It's reliable and he's so great at taking direction to make sure the doll comes out just right every time.

Very Happy with the bubble head for a friends 40th. Maybe just allow an extra few days for the making and delivery - but I did order end of Nov (Christmas season)

Recently I have made an online order to make a bobblehead of my friend for giving her as birthday present. Her birthday was on November 28th and I made the order on 20th November, and as it was written in their site I was expecting it on 10th or 11th of December. So as a first step, they promised on their site that one of their artist will send an email as a confirmation of the order. I waited for 2-3 days and no one contacted me, so I send them an email through their website and on 27th of November I got the first clay model. And I am not an expert or an artist, I thought it would come good after painting and finishing as I trusted them and I thought they are a group of professional artists. So, I replied them I'm accepting it and confirm to continue. But once it was painted and finished, I got to know that it is nothing like her. So, I told them it's nothing like her, as it was entirely different from her appearance. Then, after my request, they made another model, and this time it was an entirely different person, so I made them to redo it. The third time it was looking something like her and there was a missing in her cheek portion, I told them that. Then I waited for 2 days, they didn't replied and it was already 11th of December. Then I send an email for their update. They replied me rudely, saying it will take 7-8 days more. So I said, I want to cancel the order. So they came up with their cancellation policy and all, they will deduct 19 dollars for cancellation. So, I thought for some time and I really wanted to surprise my friend with this gift and I trusted them once again, meanwhile they send an email saying they will try to make it fast. Then, I sent them an email saying that apologizing for my disappointed behavior even though I haven't said any bad thing, then said that please take their time and make that bobblehead accurately. The next day they painted and finished the clay head which I never approved to continue and asked me to confirm it. And I'm not exaggerating it, that doll never looked anything like her from any angle. It was entirely different. Then I said I really want to cancel this time. So, they came up with their cancellation policy again, saying now they have created two bobbleheads and they will take cancellation fee twice. So they just robbed 39 euros just to make something which is entirely different from what they have promised. And I'm not lying, anyone in this world who doesn't even know how spell the word "artist" wouldn't have said that doll look like her. I don't know if they hire blind people as their "artists" or not. I'm really really disappointed in their service and I'll fight legally against them.

Well I just received 5Bobble Heads and 1st thing to notice is the quality of material is great I expected a plastic Bobble Head.. Second is the faces look good.. And I was contacted several times throughout the process and was told if I wanted any changes… Now the only issue I had was with 1 and it’s not a huge thing. But in my opening description I said 1 would like one more heavy set and I gotten the regular body style… But that’s the only issue I had and I would/have recommend this Company to people at work and friends…The Bobble Heads look really good and again the quality of them makes me give you guys 4..

I love Dolls. Not only are their dolls Amazing, but so is their personalization. My daughter's birthday was today, November 27th. I emailed them on the 11th, asking if there was any way they could make a bobblehead in time for her birthday. They said yes. They did what normally takes thirty days in ten days. How's that for customer service?! The Bobblehead is absolutely beautiful. Looks just like her. She's on a health journey, so the outfit is Perfect. I could not be more pleased.

Last year I purchased a wrestling figure doll for my 42 year old son. Everyone who saw it was amazed how good the doll was. I was concerned about the hair color since he has black turning grey hair. I was told that if I was unhappy with the hair color they would fix it for no charge. The color was perfect. I hope that they will come up with a "Wrestling" doll for both young boys and young girls. When they do, I will be ordering one for each of them. Great product and great customer service. Thank you

First of all, customer service was prompt and amazing. I had no issues at all. Any changes I requested were immediately made with a proof emailed. I was extremely happy with the entire experience and the finished products were amazing and beyond expectations. I would definitely order from them again (which I have already). Very pleased!

Ordered a golf bobble-head for my golf buddy's bday. I wanted to surprise him, so I couldn't ask him directly for any photo's so had to go back in my archives to find a few half decent photo's, although I never could find any with a side view of his profile. In spite of that, the folks @ Dolls2u (designer was named Aggie I believe) did a great job! The Bobble head model really looked like my buddy! Product was shipped to Singapore via Fedex, was packed very snug with plenty of bubble wrap and thankfully arrived safe and sound in time to deliver for a bday surprise!

I make it clear I wanted a stable bobble head and they sent me one that is NOT stable. It took over 1 month make it and it is NOT what I paid for!!
