Bob's Red Mill Avis 21

We just had the gluten-free classic pancake and waffle mix and it is our new favorite. They come out the correct size, cook as intended, and taste great.

Product was tasteless and falling apart when I made waffles as per there recipe. I'll stick with traditional flours.

Bad customer service called abt RedMill Tapioca Flour I used their recipe on back of package for Brazilian Cheese bread. After adding ingredients attempted to mix together the tapioca flour hardened, had to use a knife to remove it from bowl! Recipe called for 1 1/2 cups tapioca flour..it should not of hardened. C svc girl asked if I had substituted any ingredients..? Absolutely worst cs ever experienced with any co. Wasted other ingredients waste of time such a frustrating call.

Found a stone in red mills red lentils. For the insanely high price ud think it's the best quality. In reality it's just horse trash

Although the pancake / waffle mix boasts its natural goodness I found the taste bland & dry… definitely not light & fluffy & very expensive for a whole-wheat pancake mix. Very disappointed.

I enjoyed a fantastic chicken wrap at this restaurant! The place is spotless, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and attentive. I appreciate their wide selection of bulk items and steel-cut oats. Products are easy to find, and they offer a variety of healthy options. The well-organized layout makes shopping effortless. Prices are reasonable, and the food quality is outstanding. This is definitely a great spot for a quick, delicious meal with excellent service. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a healthy and satisfying dining experience.

Bobs Redmill Oatbran. I eat bad and want to lower my cholestrol w/o meds. Publix discontinued quaker oatbran so I tried yours today. Tastes delicious. I mixed in country crock plant butter, one date, and some wheatgerm. Very delicious, not pasty or dry. I'm 76, weigh 123, and will still eat shrimp&chicken wings. Total customer satisfaction thru your company dedicated to excellence. Thank you again for your oatbran.

With hashimotos, I stay away from soy. I also stay away from corn. If you pull up bobs red mill on site and look for soy free.. out of over 200 items they have one. the egg replacement which you can taste in your food and I will not buy again.

My wife has celiac and has been trying to make homemade bread she has bought every gluten free flour y'all offer please sponsor her I'm am Gona go broke lol I can't find a way to upload a pic of everything she has please help.

I made the Grain Free Blueberry Muffin mix and following instructions and baked for 30 minutes (which was too long). The muffins turned out tiny and almost burnt (very hard). I won't be buying these again.

I bake bread a lot. For some reason, I decided to check blue-bag Bob's Red Mill "Organic" All Purpose Flour as it had just only one ingredient listed, which is important for a good bread. But when I opened the bag, I could clearly see that it was enriched flour, it was much more white than pure wheat flour. It means, it had all the typical additives (Malted barley flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin, etc.)
A looked it up on the internet, and what have I found?.. I found the list of the ingredients that showed all those additives in the flour. It's NOT un-enriched! It's NOT wheat flour only!
When and why did you start hiding the ingredients on your packaging?

I have tried asking customer service at Bob’s Red Mill why they discontinued selling their Gluten Free Shortbread Mix, and i never get an answer, I’m sure alot of customers loved it, so please give me a reason why it was discontinued!!

Crazy lack of help on the allergy front. Customer "care" is an absolute joke with this company. I'm really tired of companies that truly don't give a sh*** about actual customer care, health or service. Shame on you. Capitalist greed at every turn.

It's says arrowroot but its definitely not. Did I get a bad batch? In the past Bob Red Mill's was my got to for gf. Why tonight I'm breaking out in hives.

They shipped me my order from US to Can fast and secure but why was an additional $5 taken from my credit card? Customer service has not responded to emails.

Bob's red mill Chocolate Protein Powder is absolutely natural vegan protein made from pea without synthetic vitamins and artificial ingredients vs of many other brands which packed with artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors and pharmaceutical ingredients. I finally found trustful brand and stopped wasting money for fake supplements whereas it is written on the container "natural".

Bob’s Red Mill not only provides fantastic quality food with way above expectation quality ingredients, but their customer service is absolutely amazing!

I have reached out to them a handful of times. Please know, I have never done so concerning any issues I’ve had with a purchase of a Bob’s Red Mill item—because I’ve never had any! Instead, it was in regards to letting them know that my kids enjoy a product of theirs, asked about promotions, and so on. Every single time, I have received such delightful and pleasant responses. Always very speedy, too.

One time, the service member that was responding to my email, took such note of what I had said/written that she remembered from one simple email what Bob’s Better Bars it was that my kids enjoyed...she mailed them the flavors with my kids names on it! It doesn’t get more personal than that! What a special way to make my entire family feel valued and significant for buying and support their business!

I absolutely LOVE this company, what they stand for, and how they always treat customers like part of the family.

The vital wheat gluten is such an amazing product. Can't say enough great things about it. Well done guys.

Excellent product line and prompt delivery of products. The staff have been available to deal with delivery issues and have made no mistakes in attempting deliveries while travelling in Oregon and getting the product to me despite my moves from one locale to another.
