Natures Path Avis 6

Natures Path Millet Rice, the flakes have become so hard it is difficult to eat! They appear to have changed the consistency due to a complaint of flake dust in the packet, so it changed to impossible to eat, its too hard. Please return to Previous consistency.

The cereal is great. I love it. The problem....Nutritional information on container states that 1 cup is one serving, and that 6 servings are in a box. I am counting calories so measured out each day's breakfast into 1 cup servings in a marked measuring cup. There were only 3 cups of cereal in the box, thus the box contained 3 servings not 6, so the nutritional label information is incorrect by a lot.

Ordered the Qia oatmeal and received Que Pasa tortilla chips instead. I have emailed the company 3 times and called 3 times and contacted them through Shopify. It's been a week of contact with no response. This is abysmal customer support.

I placed one single order only, advertised as a free item with shipping, which I paid one time.

After that, without my consent:
• The product name and packaging were changed after the purchase
• A second item was sent and charged at full price, even though I did not order it
• The purchase was converted into a subscription without disclosure or consent
• The following day, I was charged again for another item (~$60) that I never ordered
• Further charges were attempted with different amounts and items, despite no additional purchases from my side

I never agreed to a subscription, trial conversion, recurring billing, or additional products.

When I contacted support, they stated that a “subscription was cancelled,” which confirms that a subscription was created without my authorization, and advised me to block or replace my card instead of properly addressing the unauthorized charges.

As a result, I had to escalate the issue through my bank to stop further billing.

This review is written to warn other consumers. I recommend exercising extreme caution, especially with “free + shipping” offers from this company.

Can anyone tell me if these always look like this or is this just a random mixup? The picture on the box and the actual items have no resemblance at all! Very disappointed I give tgat a 1. The taste was mediocre at best. It wasn't bad but but wasn't anything to call home about ya know..

This was the first time I tried a Nature's Path Organic product, and I was very impressed. I'm talking about their quick cook steel cut oats, which really are ready in five minutes. I had never tried steel cut oats before, and the texture was different than what I was used to, but I liked it a lot, and it tastes great when I add some turbinado sugar. I plan to buy it again!
