Hello and thanks for your feedback. All of our hampers are delivered with a reliable and efficient courier service.
We give our courier the authority to leave parcels if the recipient is not at home. This only happens when the courier deems this to be safe. It seems in this instance the courier deemed it best to take it to the post office. We hope the recipient enjoyed their thoughtful gift.

Wrong items in hamper!!
I’m really unhappy that the advertised product of tea cup and saucer was not sent to my mum in her hamper. The mug is not a good substitution
I expect to be asked about such changes and would appreciate at least a partial refund as the whole point of the gift for my mum was the cup and saucer
