I see right away when I clicked on 1 star is automatically asked what's wrong now?.....that should tell you..!!! I've pumped so much money in on their online slots!! not once did I win anything above what I deposited. sucked it right up. odd time you win 3 cents here and there. no wonder they can advertise on TV so much commercials about join bodog win win win. Yukon casino or any others are advertising on TV commercials......think about it before you depisit $$$

Absolutely NO help via chat line-they INSIST??? that I must receive a SMS? code via smart phone and I don't have one-I recommend NO ONE use this offshore gambling site-I have had no trouble over the years with other such based in Britain!!!

Re-up attempt an abject failure. Disappointng!

I tried to re-up at Bodog after letting my account lapse several years ago. Unbelievable hassle. Customer service advised me to create a new account with a new password. I did this, but the system would not recognise my log-in details. I was able to get a customer-service rep on live chat again and was advised to go to "Forgotten password?" on the home page and request a new password. But I could not do this because nothing works! When I click on "Log in", nothing happens. The log-in box doesn't appear. I can no longer find a link to "live chat". It's as if Bodog has simply frozen me out. It's like they are saying: "We don't want your business. Don't come back again." Frustrating experience but I can take the hint. That's an hour of my life I won't get back.

Fast and safe

For the moment I'm happy with Bodog. The odds are high. There are many bonuses. And above all they pay the winnings within 24 hours, which in Canada is a real miracle.

They offered me a bonus of 50%

They offered me a bonus of 50%, up to $200.00. Therefore I deposited $400.00. Bet $75.00 and lost. Had a live chat and asked where my bonus was. They said I didn't click on accept bonus, never saw it. In the past, it just happened automatically. Like, what moron is not going to accept it. Got a good mind to cancel my credit card. Con artists!!!

Unfortunately I have to give one star in order to give a review. Bodog is charitable organization for sure, Unfortunately they don't give out tax receipts. Lots of control they have on your play win limits and such. Horrible online casino, terrible customer service.

Oh my gawd
They are so incredibly crooked. I won a parlay and they cancelled one of the winning games to lower the bet payout! I couldn’t believe it. I am currently writing emails back-and-forth and they are playing games. The replies I get are like a 12-year-old is writing them.
Bonuses are never given as stated
This site is a scam and crooked gambling site !

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. They take over 48 hours to respond to emails. They will freeze or disable your account and provide conflicting information each time you reach out to them.

Tried to withdraw money

Tried to withdraw money, Bodog sent me an e transfer with a password that would not work. I emailed them asking for the correct password or to send me a different e transfer. They would reply "Our records show you have already been paid".

It took 3 emails for them to understand
“LOOK THIS PASSWORD LITERALLY DOES NOT WORK”

(Interac e transfer passwords are simple text only and don't allow special characters, their password had the $ in it. It's literally impossible to enter this)

Three emails later, they came back with: "Actually we can't help you. Please talk to our employee in live chat”

I wasted literally an hour talking to this guy who took 5+ minutes to write each reply and wasted my time with a bazillion account verification questions. After an hour of verifying my identity, he then said “Actually I can’t help you. This has been escalated up the chain. Someone will reach you within 48 hours.”

WHY DID I WASTE AN HOUR JUMPING THROUGH ALL THESE STUPID HOOPS ONLY TO FIND OUT YOU CAN’T DO ANYTHING TO FIX MY PROBLEM?

That was 11 days ago and I still have no payout. It’s day 25 from request.

I’m assuming they make these processes excruciating probably hoping you’ll just give up and kiss your money goodbye. All this for $55

If you too don't want to waste hours chatting and emailing employees trying to get the money that's rightfully owed to you, I recommend going to a different casino. Utter con artists.

UPDATE: November 29. Still no sign of money. Still getting blown off by customer service.

Safe & Reliable Online Casino

Been a client for several years (almost 11 million
Lifetime Points)

Bodog is my regular 'go-to' site for playing casino / slot games and for placing sports wagers.

Smooth operation and no problems or unnecessary delays for Deposits or Withdrawals.

My only complaint is with their "Technical" Customer Support. It's virtually non-existent.

If anything ever goes wrong with a game or the site itself - expect to be ignored for days (sometimes weeks)

the worse customer service ever. My account got hacked and they stole money from me, immediately notified Bodog and never got a response for 5 days saying something generic like all issues are solved, nothing about my problem, now the hacker has full control of my account, changed the email and phone numbers associated with account and have got zero help with this or the money they sent this person. STay away!!

Who ever wants to be a CUSTOMER with them .. Save YOUR MONEY.. I deleted my account as of TODAY.. So much to say But make it short.. Playing slot’s Several times got Logged out … And would LOSE.. Finally I realized.. That when that happens… You can have 1 MILLION it will all be gone because they’re. SCUM.. you complain NOT even a Reference # they give you .. And don’t reply in WEEKS.. This site is a total SCAM and will not allow me to withdraw my funds. I opted in for an e-transfer and they will not provide my security password to accept the funds. This is a scam because after 30 days the money is returned to the sender. Other much more secure betting sites exist, do not deal with this company located in the Caribbean. You wait hours on the live chat and they barely speak English and keep pretending to not understand what you are saying.

Horrible betting site!!!!!!!! Beware. They only allow you to withdrawal money once a week. My husband tried to withdraw $300, but because he withdrew $500 5 days earlier…..NOPE. We lost that $300 dollars BS!!!!!!!!!

a bunch of crooks

would't pay my win off their promo, then turned my real money bets into bonus bets so it wouldn't return my capital, chat agents are borderline, keep copy and pasting the same old
Good luck getting paid from these, typical offshore , they just want to delay you as much as possible so you'll was your money, while they keep up with their what a waste of time and money
