So Far I Love Bo-Dog!

so far I have had alot of fun on Bo-dog Canada , the games are super fun and I have been playing now for over a week or so, I have also recommended it to my friends who so far have had no issues either, I have not withdrawn any money yet but will be attempting to do so either today or tomorrow, and when I do Ill let you know how it went, but so far I love there casino, no issues with bonus or anything else, I'll keep this updated.

Cancelled a bet after it had won

Cancelled a bet after it had won. I followed up via live chat and was informed the bet was placed late. It was placed 3 hours before the event started, and I provided evidence of that to customer service. Dead end, they won't even escalate the dispute, just continued to state that it was late despite facts contradicting this and then disconnected the chat.

Edit: their reply is basically the same as the chat agents'. The issue is they are inventing their own definition of past post which allows them to retroactively void any bet by their logic.

Bodog will update me really soon

I received a reply 4 days ago on trust pilot saying Bodog will update me really soon in regards to my account being locked and bonus expiring. Bodog has done nothing! Their initial time was 24-48 hours to get back to me. It's been over a month. It has now been 4 days since they said they would get me an update 'really soon'. They have done nothing and not given me an update. What does 'really soon' mean. They only said that on this public platform as others are reading but said the below to me privately. I got scammed from this website! I deposited money from my credit card and I went to look at my bank statement and random stores were purchasing things on my account without my knowledge. This did not say Bodog on my credit statement so thankfully my bank called me to confirm and I closed the account immediately. SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!

This is the worst site out there

This is the worst site out there. Should be totally shut down. I deposited money and there was very few options on how to withdraw my winnings. The only way to get cash wash to request a cheque, in witch you had to pay for.

Shady, shady business practices

Wagered over 200.5 in a basketball game. Clicked submit. Minutes later I check my open wagers and see 203! Just finished a chance with Keith L from their support team, and he told me that is in the rules that after a customer hits submit on a wager, bodog can (and does) change the line to anything they want. Basically, the customer has little to say on what they actually wager on. You're giving Bodog your money, for nothing.

I understand the rules of live betting. Been doing it for years. I know the line constantly changes, but whatever the line is at when you click submit in the bet should be the line you bet on.

Ask Keith L for my account details, I'm sure he remembers me. He happily tossed away a customer, and closed my account. You don't deserve my money, Bodog. I've taken my business to Bet365.

Several times in our chat Keith pasted a link for me, trying to prove that it was OK for Bodog to change the line to whatever they want, after submit is pressed.

You have a 1.4 star rating, on 85 reviews. I wish I had seen this before I became a customer of yours.

After many thousands of dollars wagered… they will scam you

After many thousands of dollars wagered I placed a $100 bet on a parlay for UFC 303. A fighter on my parlay wasn't able to make the fight last minute and they held my money and wouldn't give it back after a long time of trying to get ahold of their customer service. Stay away from this scam site. They don't care about the players all they care about is every single way they can screw you.

Wager bonus requirements way to high to ever make money

Joined this site through suggestion from a friend. Selected casino bonus and deposited $50.00, only to find out the requirement to even get your money back was 50x wager requirement, meaning I had to place $2,500.00 in bets to be able to even obtain my original $50.00 back. Realizing that I forfeited my bonus because I’d rather just play with my own money and actually have a chance to win. Once I did that it set my balance from $50 to $0. Very disappointing experience, the games are fun and there is lots of options but because the wager requirements were way too high, and there is no way to get your original deposit back unless you wager 50x your deposit, I would not suggest this site.
