Zero customer service, bodog stole close to $100 from me. As soon as I register for a poker site and go, all of a sudden the server goes down, I can’t play and I lose my buy in. This doesn’t happen on any other site. This site is a total ripoff, after this review they’ll post some fake apology and Take down my complaint so they can trick some more people into giving their money!!!

I liked the simple layout of this sportsbook but their customer service is atrocious. Agents don’t know the first thing about anything and just keep sending you links to their betting rules or repeat the same info over and over even if it’s unrelated to your question. Their bet settling team graded my winning bet as a loss because they treated Asian handicap as a regular spread. I just spent an hour arguing with a supervisor who didn’t know how Asian handicap works either but decided that the bet was settled correctly. It was the last straw that made me move my bankroll to a different book. They take people’s money by grading winning bets as a loss in violation of their own rules posted on their website and their employees are incompetent

Most sites are pretty good when I tell them I have a problem amd need my account deactivated, but not bodog no. I asked them to deactivate my account 4 times, and they still have yet to do it.

I deposited money and won a bet, met the minimum withdrawal requirements, and then after attempting to get my money out they locked my account for "review" and it's been locked for 2 months now. Every time I contact them they claim it's still under review. At this point I'm assuming they will never unlock it and my money is gone. I would not trust this site!

I deposited cash funds into my bodog account for a sports bet. I decided I didn't want to make the BET after all and wanted to withdraw the funds. I use the website all the time all the time but I don't generally withdraw because I mostly lose LOL. I was told that they can't give me the money back because of anti-money laundering. They said I have to bet the full amount my deposit before they let me withdraw. Regardless of how much I tried to get an exception they denied me. Everyone Please be aware that they will force you to bet any money that you deposit before they will let you withdraw anything from your account. The customer service agent also ended the chat before it was finished I guess they were frustrated. Total scam. Only deposit money you were willing to bet because you won't get it back.
