Excellent!!

What started as a simple enquiry led to exceptional support at every turn. Very helpful, good communication and instruction. Body Bud's preferred method communication is via WhatsApp which I don't have but I was able to connect very successfully by email. Support with the return of my item for repair was second to none, even when Royal mail failed to pick it up twice.
I would not hesitate to recommend Body Bud for their products and exceptional customer service.

I love my RLT lamp

I love my red/infrared lamp. It definitely helps with sore muscles, it gives me an energy boost and it feels like the sun is shining on me every day even in the depths of winter. Plus the customer service team is amazing. 5*Stars.

This company LIE

I wrote a review on May 17th 2023. Terrible company. Avoid at all costs. This is a review based on their reply to my first review which I feel is necessary to share as they are being dishonest. The condition they stated the product was returned in is FALSE. The item was returned in the same condition it was bought, and I was told via email that the charge was a ‘restocking charge’, nothing to do with a stained mat or ripped instructions, and I have this info on email. They’ve given a false reason for charging, to try justifying this charge. So aside from charging, they are totally dishonest too. AVOID.

Disorganised joke of a company

I bought a 30 x80cm red light belt that I had been checking out for a while, only to be emailed a few days later with my order cancelled. Body bud said they were updating the price at the time of my purchase, and I now needed to pay 20.00 more for the belt.

I was annoyed about this as I had been checking the belt out for a while so knew it was untrue, and felt like bait and switch. I checked the reviews here which seemed to be good, so I was willing to repurchase at the higher price. I really wanted the belt and was s struggling to find a similar size one in the UK.

A few days after my purchase, again, my order was cancelled stating that the size I had ordered was no longer in stock, and would I like to purchase a smaller belt instead? Absolutely not.

Days later the 30 x 80cm belt is still showing as in stock on their website. What an absolute joke of a company. When expressing my displeasure upon the second cancellation, I didn't even receive a reply or apology. They are clearly completely disorganised.

I also believe they are drop shippers. The delivery information that states to contact them if couriers contact a customer with import fees is a giveaway, plus their very long delivery estimates. This may or may not bother you, as nowadays, everything comes form China.

I have found an established store on Aliexpress with the same belt for cheaper. The reviews are good so I will take my chances. It was probably coming form there to begin with! I would have preferred a UK guarantee (applies even if drop shipped), but what can you do if the UK company is this unprofessional?

What an amazing company

What an amazing company!

I purchased some headphones and a few months back which I love! I then purchased the bum bag which is great to use to put my phone on whilst In the gym 👍

I , however unfortunately lost the ear buds off my headphones. I contacted anti radiation and they have ordered me some and sent me some out free of charge !

I will definitely be adding other items to my collection ❤️

What a fantastic company, very responsive when you get in touch and super helpful.
The equipment I bought is of very high quality, looks great, not over complicated to use. Overall I’m very pleased with the items I chose to buy from them and I would highly recommend. I haven’t had chance to use the infrared light long enough to comment on any results yet but I’m sure I will definitely feel the benefits soon.

Edit: I’m loving this light therapy, and definitely noticed when I don’t use it. Winner!

AMAZING

I purchased my husband the OMI PEMF therapy mat. He advised he had a boost in energy so I had to see what the fuss was about. My husband does not lie! It’s amazing, I feel so relaxed after using it for 20 mins in the evening. We both agree we have a boost in general well-being.
