We were making plans with friends. We had a number of options and I discussed these with several staff at Bolsover. The customer service was outstanding from everyone I spoke to and support on queries following the booking has also been excellent. I would highly recommend Bolsover

I have been using Bolsover for a number of years and dealing with Nicola to book my cruises , the service is always 100% and would not book my cruises with anyone else , they are always on the end of the phone to help with any queries and very efficient

These Are the go to people we always call. They are very friendly, knowledgeable people who have always made booking a cruise so easy.

The booking process was good. There was a lot of detail in the quote. In hindsight i would have preferred a few different options. This is an expensive cruise and i wsnt to get it right.
The implementation of amendments of the personal information form proved rather difficult. My husband completed the requested information but this was not all implemented.
Also the itinerary update was hard to read due to formatting issue so i had to request a repeat. These are minor things but i mention just so the process can be looked at by yourselves. .

The staff are so friendly and helpful and nothing is too much trouble for them. After eliminating a couple of cruises we settled on a cruise and stay. My booking is complicated as I need my wheelchair. Bella and Lola worked really hard putting together the perfect package, and changing the hotel for better access and getting the cruise company to hold our cabin. I'm sure there is a team behind them but it was so helpful having a named person to speak to. Everything was followed up with an email too. I was reassured by your 24 hour emergency helpline as my faith in some airlines is limited. It is so good to know we have back up.
