BONAVENTURE AND BRIAN CONWAY – LEGENDARY STATUS ACHIEVED

I was stuck in the UK. I had arrived there in November and was primarily there to visit sick relatives. I had planned to return to Sydney in January. I had not realized the flights were going to be so few and so expensive. Naïveté on my part.

I had one flight canceled and another flight I managed to get to Zurich before they sent me back to the UK (Singapore were not taking anyone from the UK)

I had resigned myself to either never making it back or maybe being able to book a still awfully expensive flight in the not-so-distant future (MAY) and hope that it didn't get canceled.

By complete chance one night whilst scrolling through FB depressed, I stumbled across an Australians Stranded in UK FB page and a post offering help by Brian Conway. And this is where my run of bad luck changed.

Brian was able to book me onto a flight from Manchester to Adelaide via Doha with Qatar Airways the very next day. It was a last-minute deal and I had to get my clogs on regarding getting packed and making sure I had all the right paperwork and PCR test results, but thanks to Brian's highly informative and detailed responses via FB Messenger I was able to navigate that potential minefield with ease.

I literally cannot speak highly enough of the level of service and response given by Brian Conway and Bonaventure Travel. I am currently enjoying the first few days of my 5-star hotel quarantine accommodation over the moon with the knowledge that once that is done, I can return to Sydney to see my kids and go have a beer in a pub – Something that was not possible in England.

Australia has no idea how lucky it is, not just because of the low covid19 death toll, but because Brian Conway is here to help. I will be using Bonaventure again!

After waiting 6 weeks to for my flight and then to be told I couldn’t fly was gutting. I arrived in Perth late last night (Wednesday, 23/12/2020) from Hong Kong on an almost empty plane. It was only about 30 people in this large plane. Everything went smoothly with my first flight from Beijing to Hong Kong and with my second flight from Hong Kong to Perth. In this difficult time I managed to return to Perth and I want to thank Brian Conway for helping me to get home.

I Contacted Brian Conway after i had 5 flight cancellations returning to Australia. He got me a last minute flight within hours of contacting him. He was very helpful answered all of my questions and got everything sorted for me every quickly. I would 100% recommend using him to book your travel. I am now back in Australia and in a climate where tickets are scarce and overpriced, this was a great service in getting me home to my family before Christmas.

Brian got me home from the UK at the height of the pandemic. I'd been trying to get home for 8 months. I'd been bumped numerous times off British Airways flights. Brian got me home three weeks after first contacting him. Thank you so much Brian.

My girlfriend and I enlisted Brian from Bonaventure travel in our attempt to return home to Australia from the Czech republic during the corona virus pandemic.

Due to the ever changing Restrictions and requirements for travel, entry and transit between countries, It was almost impossible for us to establish a route home to Australia, On top of this due to the cap on international travel into Australia many airlines were overbooking flights causing many people to have their flights cancelled over and over again.

However Brian with his knowledge and hard work and outstanding service managed to get us on on a flight home very quickly after months of trying ourselves, even when additional problems presented themselves such as Europe going into further lock down and harsher travel restrictions, he still managed to navigate these obstacles and get us home. Brian has also been keeping myself and other travelers stranded overseas updated with the latest information regarding how the policy changes within Australia and overseas would affect us Australians who are trying to get home, when in comparison we received absolutely no information from our own government.

I highly recommend brain at Bonaventure for anyone looking for a reputable and outstanding travel agent and I and many others are very grateful for the work he has done to assist us Australians trying to find their way back home.

Without the help of Brian Conway and Bonaventure Travel I'm not sure we would have made it home to Australia - Brian was completely on top of all of the changing rules and restrictions and was always able to give us fast, balanced, reliable advice. I had been trying to get back to Australia for months, with plenty of cancellations and disappointment. I reached out to Brian from Bonaventure travel as a recommendation from someone in a similar situation. Anyway, within a couple of days Brian had 4 flight options around the time I had requested to travel. There was no hard sell, each query was answered fully with factual information, and even saved me from making a costly mistake with his knowledge. Now I’m in Sydney, doing the quarantine!
