From start to completion I was amazed how well you communicated every step with me , your support with physical therapy and seeing one of your doctors to assess me , helped me a lot , the almost instant payout for a replacement bike and interim payment, meant I could just get on with my life . Poor communication
From the very beginning communication was poor, up to and including the hearing of case with incomplete documents provided (that I had supplied complete month's prior) and no idea what to expect on the day or why I was there. Despite being promised an update and outcome I have had no correspondence aside from various reminders to review! Would appreciate an outcome of my case, and to know this nightmare is ending.

Very cheeky company, they first ask you for the bank statements which is no necessary, to check your account if you got money then steal you compensation from your personal injury.

Shout out to YING WHITE
After speaking to many firms about my ‘issue’, I decided to go with Ying at Bond Turner, despite being a junior, she was the only solicitor that I shared my story with and actually responded with compassion and genuine care. If I emailed or arranged a telephone call, she never faulted. I basically left her to it and she always kept in touch if anything more was needed or to simply keep me up to date with what she’d been working on. I can’t thank her enough. The process was dealt with faster than I had originally expected. I obviously couldn’t have done it without Ying/Bond turner, so thankfully it’s a chapter now closed for me.

I am very disappointed with my…
I am very disappointed with my experience with Bond Turner.
My accident happened on 1 January 2026, and Bond Turner handled my personal injury claim. It took around 9 months for my claim to be settled, which I found to be a very long and frustrating process.
I was told that my compensation for my injury and personal items would be around £2,400. However, when the claim was finally settled, I received only £1,600.
I contacted them to ask why approximately £800 had been deducted. The explanation I received was not something that had been clearly explained to me beforehand, and I was not expecting such a large deduction.
My main concern is not simply that money was deducted, but that I did not feel the deduction and the reason for it were made sufficiently clear to me before the claim was concluded. I believe clients should be given a clear breakdown of exactly what they will receive and what will be deducted before agreeing to settle.
Overall, the combination of the approximately 9-month process and the unexpected £800 deduction has left me very disappointed and frustrated with my experience.
I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this firm carefully checks their agreement and asks for a full written breakdown of all fees and deductions before proceeding.
