Brilliant service from Alex and his team - Bob, Olaf and Fraser were lovely, hardworking, extremely tidy and, most importantly, did a brilliant job. So glad that we booked them to install our Rais stove. Superb job!

The whole process of meeting and discussing my plans and being advised by Alex, to the actual installation and rectification works on a stove that had been badly fitted by the previous person (not at Bonk & Co!) was excellent. Fraser, Olaf and Bob were a pleasure to have and just got on with the jobs. I look forward to them coming back to instal my new stove in another room soon. Thank you my old stove has been transformed and looks fantastic, as it should have done if installed properly 7 years ago by previous owners.

Exemplary after-sales service.
The Bonk & Co team fitted a log burner for us in Nairn some months ago. The fitting team were friendly and very professional. With being initially very happy with the fitting, we however experienced some after sales issues. After a discussion with Alex the MD, the team promptly attended and rectified the issues to our satisfaction. The level of customer service we experienced was superb and I cannot recommend them enough.
