fake fake fake schlim finger weg...do not reply to emails you can not return lost money, happy everyone, for a month I ordered two pairs of slippers, even if it says on their website that it arrives from England in 5-6 days I received in 3 weeks and only one of pairs came and after a month I am waiting for the other pair, after all this time, you also receive some big fakes

In the meanwhile I got contacted to delete the review because its not their fault that DHL lost the parcel.
Well obviously its your duty to refund or recplace it.
Ever heard of The Consumer Rights Act 2015? Guess not.
Got another email on the 04.03 that the parcel is going out in two days. Never received anything nor got response to my email.
I ordered the jacket on the 14.11.2019 (!) and still havent got any refund or replacement, its really crazy.
Stay away from this scammers.

Although it arrived 2 weeks late I didn’t mind at all because for the price of the moncler polo shirt it was worth the wait, great quality item and well packaged, recommend buying if u want a bargain!!👍👍
