Booked taxi for 1100 to train station. EVO cancelled cab at 1055 causing me to miss my train to the airport. No reason given. Very unprofessional and not reliable. Will not ever use again
Brilliant service, super easy to use, taxi on time, and Mohammed was such a nice, friendly man. Will be using on our return journey too, thank you.

The driver was good
Third class service and unprofessional behaviour and attitude from the person on call while booking made me feel like if im travelling for free. I think you guys dont record calls thats why they think they are boss

Smooth, safe and efficient journey
We were met in Arrivals and taken to the car. No waiting outside looking for the taxi to turn up. Nice clean car that could take our luggage and safely driven home. A nice experience after a long flight

Worst unreliable taxi service
It’s the worst taxi service, I have experienced. I booked 10 days in advance and still no one showed up for school drop. After repeated calls they allocated a driver after 30mins and we missed our school drop completely. Worst! Unreliable! Untreatable!

Twice their drivers have cancelled for a better job
Twice their drivers have cancelled on me despite me pre booking because they wanted a better job. Leaving a female customer alone at night on the street. When speaking to operator, they don’t seem to call and was advised just to call back the next day to complain
