Booked taxi for 1100 to train station. EVO cancelled cab at 1055 causing me to miss my train to the airport. No reason given. Very unprofessional and not reliable. Will not ever use again
I waited over 30 minutes for a taxi only for it to be cancelled. When I called I was told the driver cancelled and it’ll be 10 minutes then got a whole load of attitude from the driver when I question... Voir plus

Twice their drivers have cancelled for a better job
Twice their drivers have cancelled on me despite me pre booking because they wanted a better job. Leaving a female customer alone at night on the street. When speaking to operator, they don’t seem to call and was advised just to call back the next day to complain

Recommended
We used Evo to Gatwick and then back to the hotel. They were very efficient, we only waited 5 minutes at Gatwick. The drivers were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend them for sure. Incidentally, they were £4 cheaper than the taxis at the airport. ( don’t tell them that ! 😊 )

I had an excellent experience with Evo Taxis, especially with my driver, Zulfiqar. He was extremely professional, punctual, and courteous throughout the journey. He arrived exactly on time, was very helpful with everything, and genuinely went above and beyond to make the trip comfortable and stress-free. His friendly attitude and outstanding customer service really stood out. I highly recommend Evo Taxis and especially Zulfiqar if you’re looking for a reliable and professional driver.
