I got in touch to ask about a holiday and honestly, the customer service was spot on. Super friendly, really helpful, and nothing felt like too much trouble. They talked me through everything and made the whole thing feel easy.
They also gave me some really decent deals, which was a nice. Would definitely recommend
I dealt with Jude for my booking, and she was fantastic! She kept me up to date on all options and dates for payments.
I had multiple questions and requests, and she not only answered them, but came back with an amazing deal- certainly better than anything I could have found on my own.
All emails were responded to very promptly and the booking/payment was very easy.
Highly recommend this service a a big shout out to Jude!
I spoke with Jude who was most helpful and responsive with text / phone calls at all times . I would highly recommend this service
Thank you Jude
Jayden, the consummate travel professional, made my booking for Chicago holiday an absolute breeze. He was incredibly meticulous, going over every detail from flight times and hotel options to recommending one on my budget and outlining public transport routes. After speaking to him on the phone I was feeling completely prepared and incredibly grateful for his thoroughness and expert guidance; he truly thought of everything.
Any Message I sent he got back to me straight away.
Always had a mannerly voice when he spoke to me..
Nothing was too much for Jayden..I can’t thank him enough…
Great experience , booked my urgent flight efficiently. Will recommend.
