The original order wasn't complete, there is still a book missing. Only 2 out of the 3 were delivered.
I was asked to submit a review on the day I received the initial package which was a true reflection at the time.
Update
After a couple of emails my issue was resolved satisfactorily and I have now received the missing book.
I have also emailed you directly to thank you for your help in getting this issue resolved, which is appreciated.
My Granddaughter is enjoying all three books.

this isn't really a fair review. The review was left before you'd even been in contact with us to notify us of the issue. Once aware, we've checked the order and confirmed that when it left, it was the correct weight so either that book, or a book of the same weight was in the box. Despite this, we've sent a free of charge replacement to you. This review does not reflect what happened with this order.
