If I could give them a negative 5…
If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I would. Days after I received my order I got an email from bootsdubai@outlook and some email with store+7024964408 and from #+1 (218) 778-3835 that I I had to submit a claim to get a refund and to say I didn’t get the shoes, because supposedly they hadn’t received my payment and 8 had to make a new payment through a paypal to an account. I said, no I am not doing that because I got the shoes and of course the payment was processed accordingly. The money was taken from my account and the shoes arrived ( very low quality to be honest for the price. They are not original) Then this person started threatening me, saying was going to call my local police to have me arrested and that I needed to pay for the shoes that I got. I contacted the bank and they said no issues were found with the payment and they had to contact the bank if the payment didn’t reflect on their end. This continued for several weeks, I replied I was going to go to my local police to file a report since they knew my address and I felt harassed and finally stopped threatening me.

At the time of your order, we experienced an unexpected issue with PayPal that affected around 10 customers, including yourself. Because of this, we advised affected customers to request a refund directly from PayPal, as we were unable to process it ourselves.
Even though your order was shipped and delivered, the payment did not reach us due to the PayPal issue. That said, we decided to abandon any further charges on those affected orders, including yours, so you were not asked to pay again.
We apologize if this experience caused you stress — that was never our intention. Our goal is always to deliver quality service and products, and we’ve since resolved the PayPal issue to ensure this doesn’t happen again.

Legit boots took a bit long but they worth the wait
Edit: Ordered a jersey in August after I got the boots and it still hasn’t arrived. Tried messaging them many times, no response, Plus The boots taken months to recieve. Not recommended.

No warranty
Ordered the Predator Edge boots—came in three days, looked sharp, fit perfect… but after two weeks the front stud started peeling. Wrote twice on Insta, got one “sorry bro” and silence. Love the look, terrified they’ll die before mid-season. Mid-table at best.

Selling Fakes / unauthentic goods
This company/shop are scammers who will try and hide behind their authenticity in terms of products sold but are without a doubt selling fake Nike products. They will ignore emails and also will not respond via their chat when provided with proof of the unauthentic products they delivered/sold. I would avoid this shop and if you recently purchased from them would recommend you contact your credit card and insinuate a charge back asap. The worst experience, STAY AWAY.

I emailed more than once and they stated that their pairs of boots are authentic and genuine. Not only were they fake, they also came in the wrong box and came with the wrong bag. Shipping took 3 weeks. This company is nothing but a scam. They don’t let you cancel orders or give refunds because they know that they sell fake boots.

I`m extremely disappointed with my recent purchase from Boots Dubai shop. They sent me the wrong items, which was frustrating and inconvenient. When I tried to contact their customer service, I didn`t receive a prompt or helpful response. The lack of attention to detail and poor communication is unacceptable.
