The Lamine Yamal boots are practically nowhere to be found, and Boots Dubai had them! Communication and urgency of delivery was outstanding. Ordering again right now.

they won’t let me cancel my order! I can’t believe it! They haven’t even shipped yet! The reason they have this “all sales are final” thing is because they are scams and people realize that once they have the boots. Haha, such a funny thing. Buy from these people if you want fake boots and bad interactions.

Greetings, I am not sure how to remove my one star review. I had issued a one star review with the title Scam Scam Scam. Following a great deal of effort on my part and Boots Dubai’s efforts to rectify a very odd situation, I received today - over six months after the original order was placed!!!-most of what was ordered. One item was not included. I appreciate the staff at Boots Dubai following through with my order and as a consumer, the situation was very difficult. Perhaps it was an unusual situation but lessons learned on both sides… Trusting your shipping partners, ensuring you have the correct address, ensuring that the package is complete with all the items ordered and paid for, persistence as the consumer… Lots of lessons learned.

Not genuine products
* Look great from a distance but they’re not genuine product. Upon closer look you can see the imperfections in the sole and stitching. As products are advertised as “100% original” it’s a bit disappointing.
* Not comfortable to wear because the sole doesn’t have any flex to it, guess this is because of the materials used.
* Price and aesthetic is good though, depends what you’re looking for, comfort is important to me!
* Shipping took 3 weeks, I expected that so all good.

They lied about the boots we ordered, take your money then we received fake Boots.
They agreed to refund USD 100 and only sent USD 80 then when they received the poor review we gave them took the USD 80 back.
Do not trust BOOTS DUBAI. I am sure some people are happy getting screwed but that’s their problem. Buy you boots from a good source not these crooks
