Photos took a while to arrive. When they did arrive, the photos were damaged with a mark on the same place on all the photos, looked like a problem with the printer. Went into a boots store who were unable to help me.

Great quality prints. Website was easy to use and uploading photos was straightforward. Very good price and delivery was quick.

I adjusted all my photos on the website so that they lined up with the frames properly and when I printed them they had been put back to the defaults which cut off the top of people's heads So not really impressed. Also when checking out they insist on a mobile phone number even though there is no reason why they need this data.

Had to wait 2 week for delivery.
I ordered 2 7x5 prints.
I received 1 7x 5 and 1 9x5. The 9x5 had white lines down the side. As I wanted the photos to go in a 7x5 frame, it was useless. When I queried the the size , the reply was it was because of the digital size. Went to Max Speilmann, got the 7x5 print no problem, it was also cheaper.

Not happy with the delivery company, who said they had delivered when they hadn't, then no apology.

Just had 200 photos printed, it was a great deal, 200 for £16 on standard quality paper, I wondered about the quality but when they arrived they were excellent, top quality, I am delighted and will definately use again.

Once again, I'm delighted with my foam board, providing a selection of photos taken on a recent vacation. The board was well packed, and arrived earlier than expected.

Good quality book.

I found myself without a straightforward way to print photographs on my laptop so decided to try boots. I chose eco prints, and am delighted with them.

The software is easy to use and the results excellent. I have now produced around 12 photo books many of them quite large (150+ pages) over the last 3 years. However recently (notably this week) the software has been VERY UNSTABLE. Frequently crashing my laptop at the same time. This is very frustrating - heve ensured that there are no updates, have rebooted the laptop and ensured I have sufficient disc space. I am hoping that this has just been a recent glitch that will have been fixed before I start my next creation next week abw.

With wood prints, the colours vary slightly from what was expected. One of the two prints ordered has a very small chip, but the overall result is acceptable.
