We created a photo book for our…
We created a photo book for our daughter's 30th birthday, with a page (or two) for every year of her life to date.
We were very happy with the end result, and she was delighted.
We took note of the reviews that mentioned delayed (Royal Mail) postal delivery for their orders, so had the book delivered to our local branch of Boots. It arrived well in time for her birthday.

Failed to correctly print photos twice
Failed to correctly print photos twice. When offer d to look into it did not reply (it's been weeks)

Lost items
We ordered item to be collected at Maidenhead store, the team were unable to find it anywhere, after two failed attempts to collect, our item was re-ordered for us through customer service and dispatched to our home address. Sadly they used DX and the delivery did not turn up for 5 separate delivery bookings. This resulted in a lot of admin for us having to constantly rebook the delivery. The item did eventually arrive but I think it was at least 3 weeks from the time we first placed the order.

Product very good
Product very good. Easy to use service. Only reason it wasnt 5 stars is it was a little slow between ordering and receiving the item but they do tell you your expected date

Boots Advantage Card
I have a Boots Advantage Card and use Bootsphoto all the time. I recently checked to see how many points I had accumulated only to find none of my orders had acrued any points. I spent half a day being passed around Boots Customer Care with them saying we don't add the points to the cards. I contacted CEWE who are the company BOOTS use for photographs and they also said they do not add the points. I have a lot of points due and nobody at BOOTS knows who adds the points. Just hopeless service from BOOTS!!! My recommendation go direct to CEWE for a good service.

Delivery took weeks
Delivery took weeks! And nothing special about the quality of the image. The jigsaw pieces were on the thin side. Would not buy this kind of product from boots again.
