Consistently excellent service
Consistently excellent service, great products and first-class communications. So nice to receive good old fashioned customer service from Terry at Booze Free.
Not only in the way products are delivered so quickly and well packed, but in the after sales service too. It’s a treat. Thoroughly recommended.

Great range of non-alcoholic beers
Great range of non-alcoholic beers, very fast delivery which is free on orders over £45. My experience has normally been next day delivery.
They also have a great range of other alcohol free drinks, but I haven't experimented with those yet.
One little extra is that they print space on the invoice for tasting notes, this has actually turned out to be really useful.

Very pleased with speed of delivery
Very pleased with speed of delivery, but disappointed with communication as I didnt have an email confirmation or an invoice or notification of delivery, they just turned up! As it was for a gift, I needed to know if the order had been accepted etc - went out and bought alternative gift in case as didnt know if they were coming.
Obviously very pleased with product and packaging was excellent.
Many thanks will use again.

Hi Rhi, thanks for taking the time to review us.
The issue with you not receiving communications is caused by BT as they block our emails. We have had this issue with other customers but as BT do not operate a 'white list' our options are limited.
Our system automatically sends an email confirmation when you place the order and again when we have shipped it and marked it as 'complete'.
Other than change your internet service and email provider, the easiest solution is probably to set up an account with us rather than order as a guest as then you will be able to see your orders and the status of each.
