Trying to cut back on my drinking, having tasted this lager there was no doubt in my mind this was the easiest decision to make it is the best tasting 0.5 abv I have tried, still feels I’m having a beer without the alcohol or the calories. Have now tried the lemon aswell and that is just as tasty. Joined the subscription to save the supermarket trip and keep a stock in the fridge. Thank you.

I recently received my order of 24 bottles and I’m extremely disappointed with the overall experience.

The items arrived in a standard box with only a single piece of cardboard for protection. As a result, the bottles were loose and moving around inside — I feel it was purely luck that none were smashed.

Additionally, there was a sticky substance on the bottles, which meant I had to clean them all individually before use. This is not the condition I would expect a product to arrive in.

There was also no paperwork included in the package — no receipt, return instructions, or contact details. I’ve been unable to find a clear method of return or a customer service number, which is frustrating.

Overall, this has been a very disappointing experience. I would appreciate a prompt response outlining how this will be resolved.

Lovely beer, would recommend every time. But would ask such an innovative brand to be considerate when partnering with less integerous folk. Beer and Braids have run braiding sessions for dads for many years and even helped two dads whom later chose to have an idea or pints and ponytails years later and claim it for themselves.
This is not ethical practice, please distance yourselves from such blatant plagiarism…

I started buying Lucky Saint for it's low alcohol quality but I keep buying it because of it's taste quality. It is so good and I am now enjoying the lemon lager, which is just perfect on a sunny afternoon. Easy to order direct with quick delivery and well packaged to ensure the product arrives in top condition.

Tried before but the bigger boxes are great value for low-alcohol beer

I tried to cancel my order within seconds and the feature on the website did not work. I was told not to worry as I could refuse the delivery - not ideal as I then pay for postage twice! DHL then delivered to a neighbour despite me amending the delivery so I was home all day! Therefore I could not refuse the delivery and have to accept it or incur the costs of the product being shipped twice.

Beer was good, glass quality could have been better and wouldn't order the glass again as it wasn't anything special.

I wouldn't order the beer direct again as the delivery service they chose to use was very poor, dispatch was quick, but DHL delivery on first day they didn't attempt the delivery (address was inaccessible to DHL apparently), and the parcel was back at the depot an hour before the timeslot they gave that morning. The second attempt they then delivered almost 2 hours before the time slot that was given that morning, parcel dropped at the front door and the driver couldn't run away quick enough.

Great service, fast delivery, great bundle and the beer is head and shoulders above anyone else in the zero alcohol trade.

Super fast delivery with regular tracking updates and product received safely and well packaged. This product is a game changer in our household. Dry Jan has continued as we all prefer the taste and can still drive and losing the belly! What’s not to like.

Having tried the full Lucky Saint range, I’m genuinely impressed. Each beer tastes amazing- crisp, refreshing and full of flavour - and makes it easy to enjoy a great beer whatever the occasion.

Lucky saint is a superior alcoholic free beer . I found the staff easy to respond to my email when courier damage the box and resolved the issue same day . Thank you for developing a tasty beer.
