BE Uniforms Avis 

We ordered at the parents evening event for starting high school, we ordered a youth medium mid layer but the staff taking the details down have taken it as medium only. We did not notice this which I understand is partly our fault for not double checking. However the size we received is ridiculously big.
It took weeks to even get a reply via email from Be uniforms to which they have flat out just refused to exchange it for the correct size.

Totally misleading their customers. Placed an order and paid for Royal mail 48 (£5) to be delivered. after a week, I called them to complaint about my order, they said you must wait 45 days before we send your order via Royal mail 48. I wonder how you have the courage and audacity to rip-off your customers...Anyway, I`m not surprised with customers reviews about your Shit service.

Having used the local shop for many years after closing this I have been ordering online, however, this has proved to be much more problematic and the customer service and delivery service is very poor.

Ordered 2 school ties on 6th July. Finally delivered 20th July and one was the wrong school altogether. Emailed with a photo of the wrong tie which was not responded to. I then had to call and admittedly the young girl was friendly and apologetic. Said a new tie would be sent out and she'd send me the link for a free return of the wrong tie. I kept this to return once the correct tie was received, as after all why should I be out of pocket if replacement never appeared.

No tie appeared and I called again on the 5th August to chase this up and find out if it had been dispatched. This time I was met with a bit of an attitude and told the replacement wouldn't be sent out until they received the return as that "is company policy". I explained at no point had this been mentioned previously and as it had been their mistake not me ordering the wrong tie, it should be their policy to rectify their mistakes and make sure the customer had the correct things they ordered, to again be told this isn't how they work. I said I would arrange the return that day, which I did and was collected by Royal Mail 2 days later and returned to them.

We are now in the 17th August, 2 days before school returns and 6 weeks after making the order I have finally received what I bought and paid for. Remember this was not specific embroidered stuff, it was 2 school ties.

Quality I have never had a complaint about but the customer service and delivery times has left me doubting if I'll use them again

Really disappointed with my experience with BE Uniforms.

My order has arrived incorrect, and the embroidery I specifically ordered for the front of the garments hasn't been added at all. I've now sent five emails trying to get this sorted and have received no proper response. The only communication I've had was a very generic automated/AI-style email from “Stitch” at the beginning.

The quality of the jumpers is also very poor, which makes the whole experience even more disappointing.

These were supposed to be my daughter's P7 leavers hoodies for starting school, so they actually meant something to her. Because the order is wrong and BE Uniforms haven't responded despite numerous attempts to contact them, she now won't have the correct hoodies when she starts.

Mistakes happen, but completely ignoring a customer who is repeatedly trying to get an incorrect order fixed is unacceptable.

Poor quality, incorrect order, missing paid-for embroidery and virtually no customer service. I certainly wouldn't recommend BE Uniforms based on this experience.

I ordered my son’s blazer, 3 jumpers and 2 ties on 23rd of June. I phoned last week as I hadn’t heard anything and was told I would definitely get them before the schools went back. Then yesterday morning I got an email saying my order had been split and I would get one jumper separately and then later in the afternoon received another email saying the order was split again so I’m not getting any of the jumpers and still haven’t received the blazer or ties. The same thing happened last year and I didn’t get the jumpers either clearly the company take on far too many orders that they can’t handle. If I receive the blazer and ties today fair enough but if I don’t I will be taking the lot back to them for a refund. Seven weeks ago this was ordered and I’m sitting the day before the schools went goes back still not having received them.

Uniforms where delivered quickly and they are always good quality.

Ordered after the deadline still got it before schools went back after summer holidays so im delighted. Brilliant quality jumper for my kid to go start his high school journey :)

Ordered school uniform after cut off time for school starting but arrived in time! So delighted as my wee one starts primary 1 and wanted the embroidered stuff for her 1st day! Great service guys and amazing quality 🌟

BE uniforms are fantastic! I ordered 2 weeks after the cut off date and they still managed to get my children's school jumpers delivered to me before school started! The school jumpers are so well made and super comfortable. The prices are reasonable and it really helps to be able to pay them up rather than all in one go during the summer holidays. They were delivered really quickly after ordering. Great service, website was really easy to use. Thank you BE Uniforms!

Buy school uniform on line. The school has changed their uniform. They also changed supplier. I wonder why? BE selling the old uniform. Never answer phone. Woman in shop said they had lots of complaints and people bringing them back. They still have the old uniform hanging up and selling it. What a scam. Trying to sell off old stock but not even at a reduced price. Don’t go near them. Buru is the new supplier (informed august 2025)and is a fantastic place to buy from. Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. They also answer their phone to customers. Any problems with size just pop back.

My child's school uses this company, I just purchased over £100 uniform but because it was in the bulk buy and I didn't see the small print all the uniform I received 3 months after the order now won't fit my child I will have to reorder everthing in a bigger size now, what a waste of money.

Have used Be uniform for years and have never had any complaints with quilty of the products I've ordered,and same again this year , quick online service,do miss the shop being in Kirkcaldy thou was handy to pop in to try uniforms on the kids ,
