The service in the shop was amazing, but the length of time I have waited is shocking. I purposely ordered my little boys uniform early so that I had it in on plenty of time. I ordered it on the 15th of June, and I am still waiting almost 6 weeks later.

Placed an order 25th may for school uniforms and chased it up 7th of July to be told it will be posted out middle of July and yet still waiting. Wish schools would stop using them happy enough to take everyone’s money first thing but make you wait months for orders !

I ordered a high school hoodie, but the quality was terrible—the material feels like plastic. I emailed them the reason for the return, but they generated a return form stating "no reason for return"; when I asked them to correct it, they told me it was too late. On top of paying for delivery when placing the order, you also have to pay for return shipping. I have never encountered a company as bad as Be Uniforms; I will never order from them again.

Good customer service. The garments have been consistent over the years.

Purchased a pinafore for my child’s school and came very quickly. Well packaged and the quality of the product was very high. Not washed yet or ironed but the material is very decent and the colours are vibrant. The communication was great received emails when getting ready and then again when sent out. Very happy with the service and product.

Ordered 2 golf tops in different shades of blue with logos.
I did not have long to wait, was always kept up to date with the progress of my items, even when they were dispatched.
The tops are super quality, the embroidered logos are superb, could not ask for more, BE Uniforms have been fab throughout, would recommend to anyone.

Absolutely appalling service. Made a simple order of 1 PE t shirt, school bag and PE bag on 20.04.2026. Paid in full for the order. Still not received (18.06.26) and no communication from them either. I’ve sent 2 emails in the last week to chase it up and they have not responded to either of them.
They are completely incompetent it seems and I’ll be raising it with school along with other parents who have expressed discontent with the long wait times and poor communication from BE uniform, hopefully school will look into another uniform provider. Shape up BE uniforms and where on earth is my order?!

Ordered sports wear for our netball team. We had a ridiculously tight deadline and BE uniforms not only met the deadline but the items arrived a day earlier than guaranteed! Great communication throughout ordering process, quick replies and really helpful. We also accidentally OVERPAID our invoice, we didn’t even realise we had overpaid until they reached out and asked for our details so they could refund us the extra we had paid in error!
Items we ordered were also great. Exactly what we asked for, good quality and they looked great.

The only complaint I have is the extra charge for less than 5 items. It seems an awful lot. We are just a small group of gardeners, and when new people join, they usually want swearshirts.
But, altogether, great!

Unfortunately I had to recycle my old Hawick RUFC hoodie. With living in Lancashire, it’s not been possible to get to the club to buy a new one.

Thankfully I was able to buy one here. The hoodie is so comfortable and looks great.

Extremely disappointing service. I ordered uniform in March within the 28‑day guarantee period, yet the deadline passed with zero communication. When I contacted the company, I was told the order was only being embroidered now as the company were on a 2 week holiday which was not communicated on website, emails or order confirmation. My child starts a new school on Monday and has no uniform because of their uncommunicated delay, I now need to go buy an alternative. Staff could not give a revised delivery date, even though they failed to meet their own guaranteed delivery promise. Completely unacceptable for a sole school uniform supplier.

I ordered our uni hockey fleeces from here, great customer service, great help, great communication on emails and fleeces arrived in time and perfect quality. Couldn’t be happier!

Gemma-Rose McTaggart has been amazing from start to finish nothing was too much trouble for her. She sent us detailed information and photographs of the outdoor clothes we were looking for and also sent us information on alternatives for the clothes we couldn't get. Kept us up to date when our order was being processed and sent us the link to track our order when out for delivery.
Her customer service was outstanding and she was an absolute pleasure to deal with.
