I spoke to Lee about ordering more baseball caps, with a logo. From first enquiry, to delivery was a week. Than included initial price query, confimation of a change to the logo they already had and me confirming how many we were ordering. In good time for gala season.

We used BE Uniforms for the first time and had a fantastic experience. We needed custom-designed team jerseys on a tight turnaround, and they really pulled out all the stops to make it happen. The whole process was smooth and stress-free, largely thanks to Marc, who was incredibly friendly, proactive, and supportive from start to finish.

Marc went the extra mile to make sure we were getting the best possible option for our needs - he offered helpful advice, kept us in the loop at every stage, and worked hard to ensure everything was ready well ahead of our deadline. His attention to detail and commitment to great service really stood out.

The jerseys themselves turned out brilliantly. The quality is excellent, the design came out exactly as we hoped, and we’ve had no issues at all with them either on arrival or since we've started using them.

There was an issue with a few of the wee letters on the back of my daughter's new leaver's hoodie falling off. I contacted BE Uniforms and they immediately responded, made it very easy to return the hoodie for repair and got it back to me quickly.

Great looking polo shirts and P.E. shirt, but unfortunately the emblem is rough on the inside and gave my son a chafed nipple. Poor little guy! Needless to say he now doesn't want to wear the shirts and I fear I've wasted £40. It would be great if the designers could cover the rough patch with a soft fabric somehow.

We received items as a Christmas present delivered late at the end of January but our relative placing the order had requested sizes that did not fit as the sizes used are not standard, at least here in the UK. We have been told in no uncertain terms that no refund or replacement is possible, even if we visit the store. Extremely shoddy customer service. Be very wary ordering from this outfit. This is despite what is said on their website with regard to their returns policy.

The staffs were good and supportive..i met Female staff and male staff both were awesome...

Choosing the right polo shirt was easy, the embroidery test was quick and the finished shirts looked great and were ready ahead of shedule.

Very poor level of customer service. Ordered on 22/12 and order still not dispatched yet on 13/1.
Private schools appear to be charged double the price of local schools for similar blazers. Quality poor- average life of blazer elbow is around 6 weeks. So thin they don’t keep children warm. Hopefully there’s is competition for them soon as they don’t deserve the business. The local shop on the other hand has very helpful staff and I wish I had purchased there
