Ring is great, true to size and nice quality, shipping time was ridiculous! It shouldn't take 4-5 days to 'pick an order' it's a silicone ring.

I've reached out to customer support…
I've reached out to customer support and i've received no response at all. You try to exchange the product but aren't given the option of changing sizes. Need a better system for returns and exchanges.
Zero customer service
I ordered a silicone ring from you on the above date and it was too big. Despite on your website it stating I could return it, I have emailed multiple times to request to return it but have been continually ignored. I am incredibly disappointed at your lack of customer service.

So comfy I forget about it!
Bought a women’s active silicone ring because my metal ring is uncomfortable when my hands swell in the heat or I’m wearing work gloves (often). Despite being a “D” profile (would have preferred flat), the ring is so comfortable I forget about it and has (so far) survived dosings of hand cream, paint and soil!

Sent back two rings that were too big, didn’t get any of the usual follow up tracking type emails you usually have from online shops, so I chased.
Totally impersonal email correspondence just copying internal notes which don’t mean anything.
They told me refund had been sent, then when I asked them to confirm when they said it actually hadn’t, and could I email them my bank account details so they could check it (!!).
I refused to send bank account details so they said they needed them because their PayPal had changed due to business owner changing (!!!)
I’ve raised the issue with PayPal directly now as I refuse to engage further which such awful “customer service”

My friend introduced me to Botthms - I swim a lot & always take off my jewellery - now I have something I can wear in the pool! Absolutely recommend the rings - I have a Ladies Flow Pink Green Silicone Ring & love it!! Lucy :)

Shocking customer service
Shocking customer service. I ordered a ring on 17th April. The wrong ring was delivered, on receipt of this I emailed customer services straight away. I was asked to provide photographs of the packaging and the ring I had received. I supplied these immediately and have had absolutely no contact since. I have sent further emails chasing a response and not one has been replied to.
An utterly terrible company
It was an utterly terrible experience using this company. I placed my order on March 21st, payment was taken, and I received an order confirmation email. However, I have yet to receive my order, and I haven't received a reply to the 2 emails I sent requesting an update on my order either. This is a truly awful company to order from.
Big joke shop. Never buy from them
Your company is a joke and a big fraud.
Your never respond to emails, you sent the wrong rings amd then you say you're going to give refund it never happens. 6 months or more on and still no refund or response. Absolute joke shop you are.
Such a big shame.

Scam. Avoid. Four months after the original order, many emails sent to Botthms, and assurances from them that they processed a refund (which I never received), I requested and received a refund directly from PayPal after reporting the seller. Although the seller told me the item I ordered is no longer available, the website is still listing it for sale.
Original 19/03/2025:
No delivery and non-existent customer service. I placed an order 2 months ago but never received anything beyond a tracking number (Royal Mail never received the package) and an email asking me to review the item. I have been emailing them for the last month and didn't get a single response. Phone number on the website doesn't work. Scam?

Absolutely shocking customer service
Absolutely shocking customer service! Wrong item delivered, claimed that it was too late to return (at christmas, when it was their error), no advice when they had received my return, and now telling me the item is out of stock when the website shows stock. Never again will I use this company.

Such bad customer service. Ring was the wrong size (even though I had another ring in another colour of the same number!)
They wanted me to return the ring, then told me they couldn't help.
Update: they just sent me two new replacement rings in the wrong size again and now their website is down!
