Bad Customer Service
placed order to wrong address and wanted to cancel to add additional items based on state. Emailed CS legitimately 2 minutes after placing order and they refused to cancel and stopped responding to me. Place is expensive and hard to work with

I tried to cancel my order due to finding cheaper price elsewhere, but they told me they need to charge 10% cancellation fee as the order has been sent to a fulfillment center.
This is bullsh!t as I try to cancel within 10 hours of placing the order.
Worse they said it may take 1-9 days to ship out the order. After 3 days they still haven’t shipped my order.
This means they did not have my order in the fulfillment center when I try to cancel.
NEVER buy from this place.
A Prime Example of How Not to Run an Ecommerce Business
I almost never leave reviews—I'm an ecommerce retail owner myself—but this experience was so unacceptable that it deserves to be called out. I placed an order for a $200+ bottle of scotch and was told it would ship within 1–9 business days. Instead, after waiting 10 full business days, my order was abruptly cancelled because the item was “out of stock.”
If I ran my business this way, I wouldn’t be doing the volume of business I do today. A company that can’t track inventory, set accurate expectations, or communicate proactively will never grow. To make matters worse, they don’t answer their phones and only send generic, unhelpful emails.

Very Slow Processing/Delivery
It took 9 days from ordering to get a shipping number and it's taken another 6 days for it to arrive at the location. During that time it was impossible to coordinate a delivery date or change of address to ensure the bottle would get delivered to a location where someone would be home. Bottle Buzz's customer service team has provided no assistance other than telling me the shipping number. Now I'm tied up with UPS trying to get this changed without any support from the Bottle Buzz team. This was originally meant as a timely congratulatory gift which has completely missed the mark. If you want a quick or timely delivery, I would suggest you use a different company or liquor store that is tied to an alcohol delivery service.

Shipping is ridiculously slow, customer support is poor. If you need something in a timely manner do Not order from this folks. Horrilbe, can two weeks just to be told it shipped and will arrive in 6-7 days more.
